Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location next to Hyde Park. Friendly and helpful staff. We were moved to a larger room because it was too hot in the smaller room.

Cons:

The hotel decor and bathroom facilities are tired. The self serve breakfast is just OK but all cheap products.

Good hotel that accommodated our requirements, easy to find snd comfortable stay

Good location, friendly and accommodating staff, Rooms were of a good clean standard. Breakfast was very good. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Good location, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

This hotel is cheap by London prices and cheerful. Staff friendly and breakfast good. Beds were comfy and plenty of hot water. The location is ideal for central london. Pleasant half hour walk across Hyde Park to Buckingham Palace.

Cons:

Decor is dated and tired, so don't expect modern decor. Could do with a refurb.

Comfortable but dated.
Pros:

Loved the area, view from the bedroom and very friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Poor state of decor and shabby, hair covered carpets.
We were on 3rd floor so maybe difficult to get a vacuum up there.
Shower was also very dated and no pressure flow.

Finally the occupants above us woke us up both mornings at 6am walking around on creaky floorboards and went on until breakfast time!!

Location location
Pros:

The hotel is a small older style hotel and the location is excellent and very convenient to the hop on hop of buses and Hyde Park. Staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

The decor is a bit dated ans the room quirky but that added to the charm. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot which are the most important things to us.

Cons:

The rooms are dated and a little quirky, but the bed was clean and comfortable and the shower 🚿 hot. That's was matters more than decor
