Extremely pleased with it and good value for money
Pros:

Really well run, great smorgasbord, great to have breakfasts provided in room ready to access , great staff

Cons:

If you were not able to be picked up by family friends when going out you can’t really walk to to many places

Noisy
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

We stayed in room 103 which adjoined another room via internal door. The first night our neighbours in the other room were incredibly noisy until 4am. The second night an alarm in an adjacent building went on and off all night. Not a relaxing stay.

Pros:

It was clean neat and professional and have us eat access to visit our friends who live nearby in East Melbourne

Cons:

As a couple visiting it would have been good to have a second chair for us to be able to sit together and have chairs and a little table outside to sit and have a nice wine etc
