Pros:

Hotel was in great location, neat and clean

Cons:

Check-in: if the Hotel requires physical credit card and ID proof, they should’ve informed upfront. It took considerable time to check in after long hours of driving.
Room temperature: in spite of me increasing the temperature by remote, the room was cold for our liking.
Breakfast: when I saw breakfast included I thought of hot breakfast. Maybe they can include the cold breakfast

The most appropriate word to describe the hotel accommodation is terrible.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good. But the hotel was terrible. There was a terrible smell in the hallway and room. I checked in at 2pm on 9 July 2026 and I checked out at 6.30pm on 9 July 2026, because of the smell.

Cons:

The hotel is in terrible condition. I would not give the hotel any stars. It is the worst hotel I have stayed at. It is run down and has a terrible smell. I'm not sure what is causing the smell, but it seemed to be a damp smell. Which would indicate that there is hidden mold, mildew or bacteria growing. This hotel needs to be investigated, because I believe it is unsafe for anyone who stays there.

Extremely pleased with it and good value for money

Really well run, great smorgasbord, great to have breakfasts provided in room ready to access , great staff

Cons:

If you were not able to be picked up by family friends when going out you can’t really walk to to many places

Noisy
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

We stayed in room 103 which adjoined another room via internal door. The first night our neighbours in the other room were incredibly noisy until 4am. The second night an alarm in an adjacent building went on and off all night. Not a relaxing stay.
