Overall it was pleasant and i would come back
Pros:

The location is amazing. Walking distance to republic square, close to good restaurants and café’s

Cons:

Found a couple of hairs on the floor. Shower head needed cleaning as the water came out in all sorts of directions

Great location and very good value for the money.
Pros:

Great location and very good value for the money. The hotel itself is decent. One towel in my room wasn’t clean, but they replaced it immediately.

The main reason I’m giving 5 stars is the staff. I arrived around 7:00 AM, and the guy at reception was very welcoming and even offered me coffee. Check-in was officially at 2:00 PM and no room was available that early, but he told me to come back around 10:00 and they would try to sort something out. They did.

Really appreciated the hospitality. Good job!

Tres bien pour un sejour d’une semaine dans le coeur d Erevan
Pros:

La proximité du centre ville, la propreté du logement et très confortable
Petit déjeuner correct mais prix correct également
Commerce à proximité ouvert H24

Останавливаемся в отеле 5 раз, думаю после последнего пребывания искать другой отель.
Pros:

Отель находиться в центре города, цена -качество удовлетворительное. Останавливаемся постоянно в этом отеле на протяжении двух лет. Чистое белье, удобный матрас, подушки.

Cons:

Кондиционер соседнего номера рядом с нашим окном. Поэтому при открывании окна ( свежий воздух), очень громко работает этот кондиционер. Кран в умывальнике шатается, из душевой течет вода по всей туалетной комнате. Выезд из номера до 12.00. В 10.50 горничная без предварительного стука открывает своим ключом дверь и заходит в номер. Без извинений, просто «ОЙ».

В центре, все достопримечательности рядом. Чисто, убираются каждый день.

Странный запах в санузле. Но всё было чисто.

Pros:

CLose to the Republic Square and Opera House. supermarket next to the corner.Many restaurants around the hotel. the boys and girls from the reception are very polite and helpfull.

Cons:

the wall between the rooms is from drywall , so you will hear the others especially in the night time when you want to sleep.
also, the door from the entrance in the room is very thin so you can hear everybody which talk in the lobby or on the hall.
