Very clean tropical hotel and very kind staff
Pros:

We were two families, and we had a really great time. I highly recommend it, especially for its cleanliness. It's one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in, perhaps because the owners are Italian and therefore take cleanliness very seriously. The structure is very tropical and has been left as natural as possible, yet with many elegant touches.

Cons:

the noise, but it didn't bother us, because we're on holiday and we'll have plenty of time to sleep the rest of the year

Our stay was simply excellent in every way. Impeccable cleanliness:
The rooms were perfectly clean, tidy, and meticulously maintained. Every day, the housekeeping service was meticulous and attentive, ensuring the space was always fresh and welcoming.
Absolute comfort:
The bed was extremely comfortable, with a high-quality mattress and pillows. The location is strategic, just steps from the sea and very convenient for getting around.

Cons:

The fact that it's in the center certainly penalizes the property in terms of noise. If you want silence, you should choose properties far from the center.

Maybe the negative thing is that it's a bit noisy in the evening but it doesn't matter because you're in the center and so if you want silence you have to stay far from the center!!

Great location, nice , clean bed and good bathroom. Staff on the ground was great , however they had to communicate everything with the owner in Italy. I felt they are under a lot of pressure which I have not experience in Bali or different location in Lombok. Staff in most locations are great and relaxed...

Cons:

Well the list will be very long. Place is centrally located. Front does not look like a hotel or villa it looks like private house with few rooms build at the back. On the photos was great... I have to be honest room was clean and bathroom clean. Keep it in mind, we have booked 4 star accommodation. On arrival few men were sitting/sleeping at the gate. Finally they took us to the room at the back. It was clean but dark during the day. No shampoo, no soap, dead plants near the shower.
The nail to the coffin was the swimming pool. There is small elevated swimming pool. Problem is we had room at the back with garden view. If you hot and tired and want to cool down you have no access to the pool. If someone is sitting next to the pool you cannot access it unless you will jump on the wall and then jump into the pool. I was not happy with this so we have been offered alternative accommodation. House was big, however pool was on the roof which was still under construction plus very steep stairs. Pool was the size of the big bath.
Because we have not been happy with the accommodation and facilities we thought we will stay3 nights and move on instead staying the whole week. But once the owner learned we are not happy he told us to leave next morning. Very stressful as we had to look for alternative. Most Lombok people are great. We got accommodation for the following 6 nights in much better localization and comfort plus beachfront plus breakfast plus staff was treated well. Additionally price was the same if not bit less.
Another thing I wanted to mention was it was very noisy in the evening. Roosters, children, washing dishes and screaming dogs just behind the fence.

Great central location providing you accept noise from bars and restaurants and the local mosque

.. it is centrally located, so expect some late night noise from bars. If that isn’t you, choose to stay out of town
.. you are in a Muslim country so expect regular calls to prayer too.
Azhar literally couldn’t do enough for us. He gave us a chose of room (each room is very different)
.. being centrally located, restaurants are within a minute or two’s walk.
We recommend Elamu for fantastic Greek food. For local food, try Warung Bu De

Cons:

.. don’t use the hotel to book onward travel. I thought it would save time and be hassle free. It wasn’t. The “friend” used purely focused on money and cramming as many people into a car as possible. The driver was positively dangerous and played games to annoy other cars that he considered to have “got in his way”. My strong advice: Book elsewhere!

Fantastisch verblijfmidden in de stad vlakbij leuke restaurants. Goede chauffeursdiensten via het hotel.

De WiFi was uiteindelijke wel prima.Maar je moet zelf de beheerder bellen om het geregeld te krijgen. Ze waren aan de slag om het structureel te verbeteren.

Au cœur de Kuta Lombok, l’emplacement est idéal : tout se fait facilement à pied !
Le personnel est au top, toujours souriant et disponible.
La chambre est très confortable et parfaitement équipée.
Mention spéciale pour la douche : de l’eau bien chaude, un bon débit, et surtout une douche fermée — un vrai plaisir après un mois passé dans des douches ouvertes !

Cons:

Petit point à noter : il y a parfois quelques bruits de poules à proximité, et la piscine est partagée entre les villas (et non privée comme indiqué sur Booking). Rien de gênant, mais bon à savoir.
