Absolutely a wonderful place to stay in Nashik. Full marks
Pros:

Excellent property, very well maintained, superb support staff, specially Yash, Meghana and Amrit. They are your outstanding staff members and went over and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and cherished. The parking staff was nothing short of exceptional, be it parking assistance or even the guards at the main entrance. Full points to you for pampering us to the core. Ratan at the bar by the pool was extremely courteous and catered very well. Aishwarya at Pancharatna took extreme care and took impeccable care, however the food service could have been prompt. Chetan is an amazing artist and he single handedly took our dinner experience several notches higher with the amazing songs he performed. Out and out a delightful vacation with extreme care and amazing hospitality

Cons:

Food service at Pancharatna was slow, but Aishwarya's hospitality and Chetan's beautiful performance made the evening quite exciting

Pros:

The property is vast. Lots of open spaces to seat. Room is cosy and clean. Staff is mostly courteous. The ala-carte lunch was nice.

Cons:

The buffet in the night and morning was run of the mill and a bit on the expensive side.

It's a 5 star category property might be in the list but there is no such thing happened like 5star.when we arrived like other 5 star property they welcome by many other ways very special feelings .here it was not a single person to welcome us .no welcome drink was provided us.when we got checked in the room I was surprised there was nothing any welcoming complimentary in the rooms no fruits no chocolates no snacks kit nothing only water bottles. That was very unfair for us they charged us 10k approx for 1 night but it was not worth so far for us highly recommended not waste money here if you really expect and come here for 5 star treatment..they will provide nothing never get feel like it is there t star property please change the concept to 3 star..

Good stay worth the price we paid.
Pros:

Food spread was really good. And room was also spacious and clean.
Property was massive and well maintained.

Staff was not very attentive, specially the reception. they rarely picked up phone in case of any queries
