Worth for money.
Pros:

The location was very good and the room also was clean.

Not very pleasant
Pros:

It was clean. If I was travelling for pleasure the location would be nice - close to the sea. For business it is a bit far from the center of the town.

Cons:

It is an old building. It must have been renovated a coule of decades back and it shows. The bathroom was small and the shower was tiny, with a plastic curtain that stuck to you while you were showering.
When I arrived - late afternoon but I had told them so- I had to call them to check in and noone answered my calls. I had to search the building to find someone (the owner?) who looked a bit frustrated.
Next morning I would have to go at 08:15, so I asked him if the (paid in advance) breakfast woud be available 08:00-11:00 as they advertised. He replied no, it won't be ready before 08:30, you will have to buy something from a bakery! Work comes first so you will miss the breakfast (his exact words!).
Luckily in the morning the lady who was prepairing the breakfast was a bit more polite and allowed me in on time (08:00) to get whatever was prepared!

It was cheap and cheerful. Location good staff were lovely.
Pros:

Location was great, the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. Requested a kettle and the owner brought one and cups. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Needs updating very worn looking.

Not recommended for winter stay, should be ok in Summer.
Pros:

Nice residential location and 800m walk to Paros port.

Cons:

Dated old hotel. Old tiny toilet and bathroom, desperately need renovation. Strong cigarettes smell in lobby, this hotel needs to implement some strict non-smoking policy. Old heating system in room, not pumping enough heat to keep the room warm in winter.
