Just perfect!
Pros:

Everything was great. The room was newly renovated, very clean, and very comfortable to stay in. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at Seremity Rooms.

Przyjemny nocleg w malowniczym miejscu
Pros:

Pokoje były bardzo czyste, zadbane i nowoczesne. Lokalizacja kilka kroków od klimatycznych barów i restauracji.

Cons:

Niestety nie dało się wziąć prysznica bez zalewania całej łazienki wodą, z uwagi na jego budowę - nie jesteśmy do tego przyzwyczajeni.

Płatność za nocleg należało uiścić na miejscu gotówką lub w punkcie Western Union należącym do właściciela obiektu - wg informacji miało się obyć bez dodatkowych opłat - w punkcie doliczono nam natomiast 6€ opłaty. Nie jest to wysoka kwota, rozkładając na ilość osób - niemniej jednak nie powinno dochodzić do tego typu nieporozumień i przekazywania błędnych informacji.

L’emplacement est parfait, tout à proximité. Le logement est très propre et décoré avec goût. L’hôte est très sympathique et accueillante. Nous recommandons ! Très bon rapport qualité prix.

La posizione centrale

Appena arrivati ci siamo chiesti se io non avessi sbagliato la prenotazione. Punteggio altissimo ci siamo trovati davanti una struttura in sfacelo, e ci siamo detti: “speriamo che la camera sia diversa” è così è stato. Ma alla prima impressione era da scappare via. Poi la ragazza estremamente gentile e dispiaciuta della situazione ci ha spiegato questa diversità tra esterno e interno e alla fine la camera era pulita e in ordine. Parcheggio privato, ok, ma diciamo di fortuna, poi per la camera devo dire che la soluzione di doccia aperta quindi con allagamento bagno incorporato l’abbiamo vissuta in strutture con punteggio ben inferiore, ma probabilmente il punteggio altissimo è dovuto al contesto del posto.

When I visit Përmet again, I will definitely come back to Serenity rooms

I had a very pleasant stay at this small hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, and everything was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.

Bad Attitude of Owner
Pros:

New rooms tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and well located. The young woman manager was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room is too small otherwise vety nice. I couldn't work the TV.
I would have given this accommodation a 9 if it hadn't been for the unpleasantness on paying for our stay. The young woman directed us to the Owner to make our payment at a tobacco shop on the way to the bus stop. I needed change for my €50 note and he paid me in LEK which I refused as I wanted Euro. He was not pleased so he got change from a neighboring businessand gave it to me (rounded up in his favour) in a surly manner. There was no graciousness or appreciation of our custom just annoyance that he couldn't extract more from us on the transaction. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is paramount.

Habitación nueva, limpia y con un trato exquisito

En el centro del pueblo, aparcamos en la misma puerta, habitación prácticamente a estrenar, muy limpia y con todos los servicios. La amabilidad de la chica que nos atendió fue inmejorable antes, durante y tras la estancia.

Hele fijne schone kamer en erg vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Een van de beste overnachtingen die we hadden in Albanië en dat voor deze prijs. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Snel te bereiken via de chat als we iets nodig hadden en gaf goede tips voor restaurantjes in de buurt. Kamer was ruim genoeg, erg nieuw en schoon. Niet aan de hoofdstraat waardoor je rustig kan slapen zonder lawaai, maar wel met 2 minuten wandelen op het hoofdplein. Laat je vooral niet afschrikken van de buitenkant, daar mogen ze niks aan veranderen van de monumentenbescherming. De binnenkant is heel modern en netjes net als op de foto’s. Permet was ook een hele fijne (kleine) stad om te verblijven. Niet heel toeristisch ( behalve de thermale baden), en wel erg mooie natuur. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug voor het raften. Te paard hebben wij wel de omgeving gezien en dat kan ik ook zeker aanraden.

Cons:

Als ik iets moet noemen is het het raam boven het bed die heeft geen verduister gordijn, dus als je van licht wakker wordt en je geen slaapmasker op doet dan heb je geen wekker nodig.

Sehr neues Hotelzimmer in zentraler Lage mit super freundlicher Gastgeberin

Sehr modernes Zimmer mit Mini-Kühlschrank. Alles sehr neuwertig und sauber. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit online erreichbar.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützte uns bei Problemen mit der Autovermietung.
