A beautiful stay in Donnafugata
Pros:

Size of rooms, very clean pool and the beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed yet at the same time it gave us freedom to visit the very good restaurants around the Donnafugata castle. It would have been better if this was mentioned prior to booking.

Pros:

La location caratteristica, silenziosa ed immersa nella natura.
Nonostante le alte ed afose temperature che hanno interessato le date del nostro soggiorno, la struttura era ben rinfrescata sia dal climatizzatore che dalle spesse mura del casolare.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità dello staff e la possibilità di fare la passeggiata a cavallo e di godere della piscina.
Buonissima anche la colazione con prodotti homemade di qualità.

Pros:

Le logement calme,propre, confortable,bien insonorisé,spacieux.Tres bon petit déjeuner,copieux, varié.
Très bon accueil.

Cons:

Il faut attendre très longtemps dans la douche pour avoir de l' eau chaude ( gâchis ++ d'eau)+ douche qui coule en petite quantité ...mais cela ne gâche en rien le séjour !!

Perdita di tempo al check out con la signora alla reception che ha fatto perdere quasi mezz'ora per capire che in realtà la stanza era già stata pagato con booking, operazione solitamente fatta in velocità. Inoltre abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera perché quella data all arrivo era sporca. Bastava controllare prima del.nostro arrivo la camera per accorgersi dei problemi, cmq lo staff è stato molto disponibile ha effettuare il cambio, meno male che avevano disponibilità di altre stanze

Good accommodation, overall customer service could be improved

Quiet remote location, comfortable hard bed, nice breakfast including gluten free items, good kitchenette for a day. Really nice swimming pool.

Cons:

In booking.com and their own website the restaurant is open. However when we wanted to book for dinner, we got an email saying that it was closed. We had been driving a long distance and we wanted to relax, use the pool and have the dinner at the restaurant. After a lot of backwards and forwards, we were given a room with the kitchenette. In the room, there was a fridge with some water and a couple of small bottles of beer. There was no price list, hence we assumed these were completely. However, this was not the case and let an awkward conversation at check out. Finally, we had until 11 am to check, however the housekeeper was knocking on our door at 9 am asking when we were leaving.

Posizione eccellente per visitare il ragusano.
Stanza ampia, silenziosa e pulita. Ottima colazione. Le signore dell'accoglienza gentilissime e disponibili. Piscina con una bella vista. Si è circondati da natura e animali. È un posto dove ci si rilassa.
