Great place for a short getaway for couples
Pros:

We had an amazing experience at Ecletico Villa. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was amazing; we hope to return soon. Beautiful large room nr. 4, great staff, good central location, pretty quiet. The access by code was great; no stress with the keys.

Good location, nice touches, mixed experience
Pros:

The location was great, and the hotel itself was very nice and well maintained. My room was small, but it had everything I needed.

I especially appreciated the thoughtful extras provided in the room, including a small bottle of wine, local honey, a box of cookies, and complimentary water and soda in the refrigerator. These were lovely gestures.

Breakfast also offered a good variety of choices, including eggs, pastries, sausages, coffee, and juice.

Cons:

The biggest area for improvement was the service. I often felt that I had to wait to be acknowledged. At check-in, the interaction was very brief and transactional—passport, payment of the local tax, and little else.

Although breakfast offered a good variety, I found most of the food to be cold and not particularly flavorful.

I was also confused by the housekeeping policy regarding towels. The bathroom information states that towels left on the floor will be replaced, while towels that are hung up will be left for reuse. I deliberately hung my towels up, but all of them were replaced anyway. I would have preferred that the stated policy be followed, particularly to avoid unnecessary laundry.

Finally, I did not find the bed or pillow particularly comfortable. A mattress topper had been added, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to make the bed comfortable for me.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Sehr zentrale Lage, große Zimmer, sehr gute Betten und Kissen, sauberes Bad mit Dusche, …
Sehr gutes Frühstück, mit leckerem Kaffee, viel frisches Obst und Gemüse, sogar Sekt, wenn man. Wollte.

Cons:

Im Bad könnte mehr Abstellfläche vorhanden sein.

Sofort wieder!
Pros:

Angefangen vom Check-In wurde ich von der Rezeption bestens Informiert wann mein Zimmer fertig ist bis hin zu Empfehlungen in naher Umgebung. Es war ein Warmer Empfang.

Die Lage des Hotel war bestens. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erkunden, eine U-Bahn ist Fußläufig 2-4min entfernt. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés sind alle rund um verfügbar. Da ist für jeden was dabei.

Das Zimmer im 3. OG war super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein kleines Geschenk stand bereit mit sehr tollem Inhalt und die Mini-Bar war auch lecker bestückt. Im Bad stand alles parat was man benötigt.

Das Frühstück ist klein aber fein. Für jeden was dabei. Von Herzhaft bis hin zu Süß.

Kurz gesagt… Ich würde Dank der Lage, des Personals und dem sehr sympathischen Hotel ohne zu zögern wieder hier her.
