Disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the location was close to a metro station. It was clean.

Cons:

The hotel states that it prides itself on its personal care. This wasn't my experience. The day of my arrival I was sent a message with last minute details, pin number for the door etc. It also encouraged me to enjoy the complimentary wine and contents of the mini bar. When I asked if there was an alternative for those of us who don't drink alcohol I was told no, sorry. I replied by stating that we have to stop normalising the gifting of alcohol as it's a toxic poison and said that I would include this in my review. A few minutes later I was told to ignore all previous messages and was given a room upgrade. On arrival in this room waiting for me were , yup, 2 bottles of wine.! No one listened to me. Also the complimentary mini bar contained water and 1 zero sugar juice, the rest was fizzy pop. Also there was no kettle only a coffee machine with no decaf options. I had to clean the machine through in order to brew teas that I carry with me. This hotel was not my people but would be a good option if you don't care about what you put in your body.!

部屋は快適でコスパが大変よかった
Pros:

ロケーションがよく、部屋もきれいでした。

Cons:

ホテルに入る際に認証コードが必要で、スマホのアプリが対応できず大変だった。
ベッドの幅が部屋とほぼ同じで、出入りしにくかった。

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très décevant pour un 4 étoiles . Buffet exiguë et peu de choix. Pas de personnel à l accueil 24-7. Hôtel plus proche d un Air B’n B qu un hôtel avec service 4 étoiles .
