Cheap and the woman managing it was kind.

Cons:

The door of the balcony would not open so half of the apartment was a bit suffocating. Also there was no cold water in one of the two bathrooms.

Отличный отель в самом сердце Мцхеты!
Pros:

Выбирали отель по двум критериям — близость к достопримечательностям и парковка. И тут всё сошлось! Выходишь - и ты уже у Светицховели, вечером приятно гулять по улочкам. Машину оставляли на охраняемой территории, спокойно. Уютно, чисто, персонал радушный. Всем советуем!

Center of town, great location. Secure parking in front of building. CLEAN room, sheets, and towels. Shower doors (rare in Georgia). Comfy beds. Sitting area near other rooms. Quiet - no street noise. Amazing hosts available immediately by phone and very accommodating.

The room was clean and new. Kitchen available. Host is great person. He speaks English very well. I was a solo female traveller. He recommended a safe and excellent driver for me. I travelled with the driver to Kezbegi. I recommend this place for solo female travellers. The host will offer you honest advice and recommendations. He has connections to safe drivers that you can trust.
