La ubicación y el personal

Cons:

No tuve WiFi los primeros dos dias, la habitación esta limpia pero la alfombra está muy sucia.
No cambian sábanas ni toallas a menos que las pidas.

The staff is very kind and willing to help, special mentions for Mrs. Susana and Angela, they have an excellent Customer Service Skill. Also the reception’s ladies were awesome!! Overall we had a good stay, (the facilities needs a bit improvement, specialy the wood floor underneath the carpet is very noisy) but the hotel has an excellent team, awesome ladies!!!

Vaut à peine 2 *. Trop cher pour ce que c'est.
Pros:

Eau courante, chaude, bons lits. Le minimum quoi.
Aucune chaîne ne fonctionne. A peine en roumain; rien dans d'autres langues.
Dans un 3*! Il y a une bouilloire et qq tasses habituellement.

Bonne situation(centre).

Cons:

UNE Porte de secours FERMÉE A CLE,
Le feu? On est coincé à l'étage...

Souvent personne à l'accueil.
Piéce du petit déjeuner petite. Sombre. Sans fenêtre. Pas accueillante.

It is an unsafe building,the hand rail on the stairs is totally loose,highly dangerous,there was no wifi reception the tv didn't work the breakfast was disgusting the staff were lazy and no concern for your problems we were booked in for 3 days we had to leave after 1 the place should not be allowed to trade as a hotel
