Pros:

Spacious room, clean, safe and close to everything.

Cons:

Only issue i had was a constant loud noise at night made it hard to sleep. Eventually found out on my last night it was the toilet connection. Turned the water connection off and then back on few minutes later and that seemed to solve the problem.

It is ok for a few days, but definitely not "celebrity treatment with world-class service"
Pros:

The room was nice, clean, and spacious, and the staff was kind. The location is good: a short walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops. There is a safe in the room, and enough space for your clothes.

Cons:

The kitchen is not well-equipped: only a water kettle, mugs, and glasses. Not even a single piece of cutlery in case you want to bring your own food.
The on-site restaurant opens only at 4 p.m. and is quite pricey.

Cons:

There was no proper staff dedicated to manage the accomodation side, only the restaurant which is the main attraction. The host also needs to invest in better mattressess. Otherwise it was a decent place!

Sentirsi bene come a come mia.
Pros:

Si tratta di una struttura molto bella con poche stanze e quindi ideale per chi ama la tranquillità. Le camere sono molto accoglienti, spaziose, arredate con cura e attenzione ai dettagli e dotate di tutti i confort. Il letto King size comodo e un angolo cucina con frigo e bollitore rendono questa una soluzione ideale anche per lunghi soggiorni. Situato sulla strada principale a pochi minuti dal market e dalla spiaggia. Rita e i proprietari molto gentili e premurosi. Il ristorante un plus, molto ben arredato e con cucina di alto livello.

Pros:

L'emplacement est top, près de la plage, la décoration de la chambre, le restaurant, l'amabilité et la chaleur du personnel.

Cons:

La literie était un peu trop dure pour moi. Pas de petit-déjeuner, ça serait un plus!

Se cercate dove mangiare e dormire bene a Diani, Casa Mia è il posto giusto. Coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Raramente capita di trovare un posto dove tutto sia così curato. La cena è stata un’esperienza sensoriale incredibile, ma la vera sorpresa è stata la qualità del sonno: una camera tranquilla e un materasso che ti rigenera. Grazie per l'ospitalità splendida, ci siamo sentiti a casa ma con i servizi di un hotel di livello.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist gut erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig. Besonders gefallen haben mir der freundliche und hilfsbereite Service sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Cons:

Ehrlich gesagt gibt es nichts Negatives zu berichten. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen.
