Hätte super sein können- wäre nicht die Baustelle
Pros:

Wunderschöne Aussicht, super Pool, alles gepflegt

Cons:

Abzüge gibt es, da direkt daneben eine große Baustelle war: es wurde ein weiteres Bungalow gebaut an dem von 8-20 Uhr gearbeitet wurde. Baulärm, alles war voller Baustaub und die Arbeiter waren immer da und haben rüber geschaut. Da konnte man tagsüber nur weg gehen.

Relaxing and peaceful stay overlooking the coast.
Pros:

The villas here are so lovely and spacious. Spent 6 days here and it was very peaceful. Staff are super helpful and kind and it was easy to rent a scooter, do laundry and organise taxi transfers through them. Although, it's quite far from the main area of Amed, there were excellent restaurants within walking distance and the views were lovely looking out over the sea.

Schöne Ausstattung und alles sehr neu und sauber. Klimaanlage leise und gut. Große Terrasse

Cons:

Die Villa lag direkt an der Straße, mit Verkehrslärm besonders am Morgen. Noch dazu war eine Baustelle gegenüber und nebenan. Der Meerblick war nur ein kleines Stück. Dieser Lärmfaktor ist der Grund für meine 6 Punkte. Mit dem Motorroller ist man in 20 Minuten über kurvige Straßen in Amed, aber gut aufpassen wegen der vielen Löcher in der Fahrbahn. Lipah Beach war schön und nach kurzer Fahrt zu erreichen.

Pros:

We spent two nights here and everything was great! The staff were very kind and helpful, there are wonderful restaurants nearby, and the beach is easily accessible.

Cons:

The only negative thing I would mention is the construction work next door. It’s not particularly loud, but for those looking for a completely peaceful and relaxing stay, it could occasionally be a little disturbing.

Pros:

Super schöne Villa mit herrlicher Aussicht über das azurblaue Meer.
Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum, für uns aber perfekt, da wir mit den Rollern unterwegs waren.
Nebenan hat es ein tolles Warung und auch ein Restaurant, alles tiptop.
