Frokosten kunne vært litt bedre.

Huoneisto oli todella kuuma ja siellä oli vain yksi ilmalämpöpumppu viilentämässä (melko kovaääninen), toinen makuuhuone oli liian kuuma nukkua. Hiukan "aikansa eläneet" pinnat, vähän kulahtanut yleisilme huoneessa.

Kunde varit ett vardagsrum där de två enkelsängarna stod, dom hade fått plats. Nu fanns det ingenstans att "hänga". Hade önskat större balkong.

The towels we used for the pool and beach - they wouldnt necessarily have to be paid additionaly for at this price for the room. We didnt have our own, so we used them anyway (2 euro per day per person).

Le personnel du bar/restaurant qui parlait toujours avec condescendance. Aucunes formes pour toute demande.

The down size is the pool which is too deep 1.5m no shallow end. Guess those are the stadards for most pools on holiday resorts. Never got to use the pool that much.

Also downside is that there are no evening activities onsite.

Das Hotel liegt neben einem Kanal, der durch Durres fließt. Bei uns hat es zum Glück nicht geregnet. Außer am letzten Tag. Man konnte sehen wie dreckiges Wasser ins Meer fließt. Ich befürchte die Meerwasserqualität leidet ganz schön darunter...

The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. The furniture was outdated, worn, and in poor condition, while the bathroom desperately requires a complete renovation. Honestly you didn’t feel like touching anything in there. The rooms looked as though they had not been updated since the 1980s, and the walls, furniture, TV, and overall décor all felt stuck in that era.

This was the fourth hotel we stayed in during our trip to Albania, and unfortunately it was one of the worst. Considering the price we paid, it offered very poor value for money. It was also the only hotel during our trip where no complimentary drinking water or beach towels were provided. 

The balcony was the smallest we have ever encountered, barely large enough for two people. While the views were nice, they were not enough to make up for the hotel's many shortcomings. They are so many hotels on this stretch so choose wisely. 

Overall, the entire property is in desperate need of modernisation and refurbishment. It was ultimately the poorest accommodation choice we made during our stay and fell well below expectations for the price charged.

The pictures on booking.com are truly misleading please don’t rely on them. Hoping it helps anyone who is trying to book this hotel.

The room assigned to me was located in the older section of the hotel and was very different from what was advertised on Booking.com. The furniture, including the bed and wardrobe, was old, worn, and clearly overused. The room did not resemble the photos shown when I made the reservation.

The window faced the wall of a neighboring building, and the advertised sea view was only a partial side view rather than a direct sea view as described. It is disappointing that Booking.com allows photos that do not accurately represent the room being sold. Guests rely on the platform to ensure that descriptions and images are accurate.

When I asked the reception staff for a different room, my request was refused on the grounds that the hotel was fully booked. However, this did not appear to be the case, as the hotel seemed largely empty during the last week of May.

The room itself had several issues: there was no bedside lamp, the wardrobe design was impractical because the doors could not be opened when the drawers were pulled out, and the in-room safe was not functioning. The bathroom was outdated and not particularly comfortable or suitable for senior guests.

Overall, the room fell well below expectations and did not match the quality presented in the online listing.

The room was missing a telephone, preventing any direct contact with the staff or room service. All communication required an in-person visit to the front desk, which was quite inconvenient. However, the front desk staff were always available and ready to assist.
