Alles da was man braucht
Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer und waren nur zum Schlafen da. Es war alles bestens..

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage wäre super. Aber für das preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht nötig. Wir hatten allerdings auch das 40 grad Wochenende. Frühstück wurde von Anfang an nivht angeboten. Wussten wir aber vorher. Kann man sich alles inbder nähe kaufen

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass es zu Geräuschen in der Nacht kommt, wenn das Lokal unter den Zimmern schließt etc. Also haben wir vor Ort ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage ausgewählt.
Das Zimmer war sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind wirklich begrenzt und sind nicht gut sichtbar von der Straße aus.

Convenient location, good value, friendly staff
Pros:

2 steps away from the U-bahn (Underground) station Christuskirche and not far from the train station.
Staff was really nice (on phone or at the counter).
Got an room upgrade which was really appreciated.
Good value.

Cons:

Everything was good.
Was not an issue for me but there was quite a big step to get in the shower.
Note that the reception is not 24h, however the staff is really helpful and you can call/email for special request, such as late check-in.
