Nice apartment with a caring manager not far from old town
Pros:

The manager, she was really amazing and came and found me when Google maps got me lost in the rain! I got a nice, bright apartment with a washing machine and comfortable big bed, kitchen with stove top and pan, pot and plates etc for 2 persons, all as the photos show, and great big windows. There’s safe space for bicycles too, two floors up in the secure Berlin apartments floor.

Cons:

There is no elevator but the stairs are great for your heart fitness and once your bike is up there, it’s safe!

A rare find
Pros:

Everything. Freshly refurbished studios, spotlessly clean and well kept overall. Free parking in abundance, convenient location, contactless check-in. A/C, WIFI, satellite TV.
Excellent communication.

In general it was a nice stay, for a good price
Pros:

Nice interior, entrance with codes (no separate keys that might be lost). Support was super fast and helpful. There is AC

Cons:

Woke up the the morning from the constructions sounds. There are switch for led light on the wall, but it’s not working. In the kitchen area tools could be reviewed, because spatula was broken and not suitable for use.

Stay like a local, a little off the city center!
Pros:

I intentionally pick a place to stay a bit out of the city center when traveling to see how the entire area feels like if living there. Berlin Studios was perfect for me! Below are several points I have to mention:

*The communication with the property was excellent: 1. In my preparation stage for this trip, months before the stay, I noticed the locations shown in Apple Maps and Google Maps didn’t match. The response to my inquiry was really prompt and crystal clear. 2. The check in instructions for 3pm check in were emailed to me a little before 1pm.
*All the entrance and door locks function well, and the instructions given to me were very easy to follow. None of those self-check-in nightmares here!
*I noticed one light bulb was due for replacement. I emailed about it, and again the response came back quickly and the problem was fixed by the time I got back in the evening! Maintenance issues do occur. The important thing is how the management deals with them. I even give Berlin Studios bonus points for the way they handled the one I got.
*The studio I stayed in used the space very efficiently. Everything was tidy, and all the essentials were provided. I always feel really grateful when the host provides things like salt and pepper. As travelers, we can’t buy everything to cook meals.
*For groceries, there’s Maxima XXX 16 minutes walk away in an Akropolis shopping center, which is my pick ( more X the bigger )! If you don’t want to walk this much, there is small Maxima X 5 minutes walk away, and pretty big IKI several minutes away.

For self sufficient travelers, I highly recommend staying here!

Viskas puiku -- pradedant komunikacija, kaip pasiekti ir įeiti į vietą, švara, tvarka, įrengimu, baigiant tiesiog jaukumu. Patogu, jauku, gerai įrengta, nepaprastai švaru ir tvarkinga. Labai gera vieta, viskas arti -- nuo Akropolio iki Senamiesčio, ir automobilį patogu pastatyti.
