I had an amazing time at the villa and I look forward to visiting again!
Pros:

My stay at the villa was great. The property was clean, the staff were very friendly and curteous. The property manager was also very warm and friendly. I would definitely recomend this place and I will be gong back there for future accommodations for sure.

Cons:

There are a few concerns that I have which are not many. 1) it was difficult having wifi cnnections for a couple of days, one, because on the first day on arrival, the cable company were doing technical work to upgrade the cable services, and 2) after the wifi service was back up, housecleaning services unintentionally severed the connection by unplugging the wifi connector from the outlet hence the failure to connect. This was rectified by the wonderful front desk staff who made it up to the room to resolve the issue. Communication with the Spanish frot desk staff was a bit tiring. she couldn't help with some of my concerns because of the comunication barrier.

Trois jours dans cet hôtel avec un personnel agréable mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur . C’est dommage

Son emplacement et son environnement

Cons:

La chambre est trop « enfermée » peu ouverte sur l’extérieur (fenêtres en hauteur ) avec un équipement mobilier minimaliste. Un système de vmc et de Climatisation très bruyant . Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix est un petit déjeuner continental léger .

L'hôtel est agréable, la piscine également. Le lit est confortable.

Cons:

Petit-dejeuner très succint pour un hôtel à ce tarif, un tout petit pot de confiture, une noisette de berre et 3 tranches de fruits, oas de jus de fruit et de l'eau sur demande. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit au-dessus de la porte de la chambre. On ne peut pas faire le tour du lit car il est placé entre trois murs.
Lumière blanche désagreable dans la chambre. Côté restaurant nous dînons dans le noir et il faut demander des lampes d'appoints si on veut voir son assiete.

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel très bien tenu confortable et très bien placé.
Pros:

Emplacement assez proche de roseau. Acceuil parfait et chambres confortables. Établissement tres propre et très bien tenu.

Cons:

Mis à part quelques moustiques le matin au petit déjeuner c est parfait.

Pros:

Está en una ubicación estupenda, ya casi en la selva y a la vez cerca de Roseau. Las habitaciones son amplias, el personal muy amable y la piscina, un regalo para después de las caminatas. Además, tiene restaurante para cenar, lo cual es importante en la isla.

Cons:

No hubo nada negativo.

Personnel adorable aux petits soins !
Hôtel tres mignon et très propre , idéalement placé pour visiter le sud avec les sites de randonnée à moins de 15 minutes en voiture et proche de Roseau.
Très bon restaurant avec un super petit déjeuner .
Je recommande fortement !
