Местоположение супер! Площадь Таксим , улица Истекляль все в пешей доступности. Отель помогает с экскурсиями, трансфером. Отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. Останавливаемся не в первый раз.

Место расположение отличное, звукоизоляция не подводила. Очень приветливый персонал! У нас возникли проблемы с наличкой, они приложили все усилия, чтобы нам помочь. Отдельное спасибо! Кровати удобные, постельное белье было чистым. Есть лифт, что создает дополнительный комфорт когда ты приезжаешь с багажом ( у нас его было много). Наш номер не был прокурен, что довольно часто встречается в отеля Стамбула. Вся инфраструктура в шаговой доступности в том числе метро. У нас был задержан рейс, отель продлил нам выезд на час, что тоже порадовало, т.к. я была с детьми. После , оставили вещи на ресепшене и пошли убивать время! Все сложилось хорошо! Спасибо!
Отель довольно уставший, но я понимаю, что это центр Стамбула и год постройки никуда не денешь. В ванной висели полотенца для рук, они были не свежие. К банным и ножным полотенцам вопросов не было! Не впечатлило место, где был организован завтрак, оно очень маленькое и темное! Завтрак стандартный, по системе шведский стол, к нему вопросы нет!

الموقع كان قريب من شارع تقسيم والوصول الى المترو و المطاعم و السوبرماركت و التاكسي وايضا بسهولة الوصول للاماكن السياحية الجميلة
خدمة تنظيف الغرف كانت ممتازة والموظفين جدا خدومين ومحترمين وشعرت بالأمن والأمان في الفندق
اقترح تخصيص قاعةاكبر للافطار حيث انه من الممكن تجمع عدد اكبر من الناس فيها لكن في النهاية كان الافطار متنوع ولذيذ ونظيف شكرا لجميع العاملين في الفندق لقد كانت اقامة جميلة واستثنائية
Très bon séjour, emplacement au top, hôtel très propre et personnel accueillant, souriant et serviable. Chambre confortable et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Le petit-déjeuner était correct, même si un peu plus de variété au fil des jours, notamment avec davantage de fruits et quelques viennoiseries...aurait été apprécié.
