Very clean room and bathroom. Aircon was quiet. Easy self access. Had a ground floor room with no window but it was fine and spacious enough.
Could here people talking in next room late at night.

Not far from King’s Cross
The random flashing of smoke alarm through night was irritating
Fantastic closeness to Kings Cross station but just far enough to be away from the buzz. Everything was spotlessly clean down to little things like the tea tray which is often overlooked. Sheets crisp, towels fluffy, and the welcome treats made us feel welcome like we were staying at a friend’s home. The AC was turned on so that when we arrived the room was cooled nicely. I used to think that online check-ins were like robots, lacking in hospitality and warmth, but here you could feel the owner’s care and attention, making you feel welcome, comfortable, and well looked after. We would definitely return when we’re in the area. It was our last stay in London and was really glad we came here.
Nothing really. The hallway was a labyrinth but exits were labeled clearly.

Excellent location as a base for short City Break with train and tube station within 5 min walk. Everywhere was clean and bed was comfy.Shower good. Extra bits eg crisps etc were good
The room we had was very small and the bed was pushed against the wall which meant husband had nowhere to put his glasses afted getting in bed . Wasnt ideal for a older person to have to slide down bed to get out of it as unable to clamber over other person in bed. Shelf in room stuck out and due to shortage of space I banged my head on corner twice in night when trying to get to bathroom . Having paid for a window room we expected some noise especially due to location but just to make others aware there is noise from bar below although this finishes at midnight along with traffic. My daughter paid less for her room as she didnt take the window option but ended up with much more space. Im sure she would rate her room as value for money but I'm afraid our room being one of the smallest rooms weve ever stayed in was a big disappointment.

Brilliant location for Kings Cross / St Pancras. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Self check in worked perfectly.
Nothing would put me off staying again, there were a lot of stairs to our room but this wasn’t a problem for us. It seemed expensive but probably not for London prices.
Location was really great and bed was really comfortable.
My room had no wardrobe or rail or hangers to hang clothes
Easy access,quick simple walk from tube station perfect for after any concert we went to harry styles quick tube to this place.Also a perfect location not far at all from lots different places in London
