The cleanliness was a major let down. It was the build up of grime & dust aswell as general filth. Very disappointin

Dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Luckily the sheets & towels were clean but the rest of the apartment was filthy. Hair and toothpaste still on both bathroom cabinet tops.

Pros:

Great apartment with everything you need. Direct access to the front lawn with sea views. Easy walking distance to local surf club and beach, bus stops for Hastings street close by if you don’t want to drive. It’s set in a peaceful neighbourhood. We didn’t get time to try the onsite pool or spa but looked very nice. Thank you to the hosts who left a welcome gift for my wife as they knew we were there celebrating her 50th, it was a wonderful touch.

Cons:

We had to do a little wandering about to find our designated parking bay, not a major but a sign showing directions would be a good idea, probably not anything to do with the host, more the people who run the complex.

Nice area to try
Pros:

Location was lovely we walked into Hastings St a good hour but lovely walk. Cafe and shops near apartment only a few minutes away. Good size 2 bedroom apartment with easy access to beach.

Cons:

Dated and parts felt they needed more cleaning. No small milk carton in fridge or coffee capsules for machine in room.

Beautiful view. A bit run down.
Pros:

Beautiful view and the spa was a nice temperature.

Cons:

It was run down and the cleaning was inadequate. The bathroom had not been cleaned with hair on the floor and used sanitary items in the bin. The exhaust fan in the bathroom and the main light in the bedroom didn't work. Needs a bit of love given to it.

Stains on all areas of couch. Made me really not enjoy the apartment
Couch so misshapen it made my spine ache despite trying to sit on all sections
Extremely low quality cookware. One frypan was filthy
Very low quality toiletries/soap. Best western has better.
Outside verandah filthy
No plug to charge phone in bedroom
Small olive oil, salt & pepper would have been thoughtful
No welcome by staff at 2pm on a Saturday (a high movement time for hotels)
Parking garage filthy
$550 for 2 nights to see a sign posted in the kitchen threatening extra charges if I don’t take out my own garbage!!

Pros:

Beautiful view, very clean, comfy bed and lounge. Pool was right outside our door.

Cons:

Adding a smaller frypan to the selection would be beneficial as the ones that are there are too big to fit anything else on with them as it is only a 2 plate stove top.

Great suburb not far from beach. Very big apartment. Two bedrooms.

Cons:

Key from garage jams a bit. Not much dark curtains in the bedrooms so dawn wakes you up.
Aircon outside rooms means doors stay open at night.
