El queso del desayuno, pero a mi familia si le gustó, entonces pienso que fue un gusto muy personaL.
El hotel es muy tranquilo y familiar. La cancha multiuso está muy bien iluminada, permite jugar baloncesto, pádel, tennis, lo que le da un plus ya que se puede hacer ejercicio durante la estancia :). La piscina es amplia y agradable.
En cuanto al desayuno, la variedad es muy limitada, podrían valorar agregar más opciones, tales como emparedados, empanadas, más cantidad de frutas (solamente ofrecían una porción de piña, una de papaya y una de sandía). También, podrían ofrecer mermeladas, ya que únicamente estaba la opción del pan tostado con mantequilla. El jugo de naranja también es muy básico (utilizan el de la marca Tampico), podrían valorar hacer el jugo en el hotel o bien considerar una marca de mayor calidad.
Respecto a la habitación, sí se notan detalles que deberían ser mejorados, ya que están bastante obsoletos: por ejemplo, la puerta del baño de la habitación 205 no cerraba bien y se observa que es una puerta plástica con muchos años de antigüedad, también, la pañera estaba muy herrumbrada.
Por último, es común en este hotel que haya señores ofreciendo paquetes de hospedaje, considero que, en la Recepción, primero, deberían consultarle al visitante si está de acuerdo en brindarle nuestros datos a estos agentes, ya que, en nuestro caso, fuimos abordados con preguntas tales como: ¿Están en la habitación xx?, ¿Qué parentesco tienen?, ¿Quiénes vienen?, ¿A qué hora desayunan? lo que resulta invasivo. En dado caso, deberían de ofrecer el paquete sin ahondar en preguntas "introductorias" que más bien resultan incómodas.
Me gustó que se puede hacer uso de las instalaciones antes del check in ,las instalaciones, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, el personal super amable las piscinas muy bonitas la cercanía a la playa.todo muy bien
Que han subido mucho los precios. Ya había como 3 veces antes los precios no estaban tan altos.
The frontdesk team is very helpful and they always have a great attitude. They are there to help you with your accomodation requests.
They answer whatsapp questions pretty quick as well
The guys selling the vacational package are pretty rude. They do not even let you stay there for a while but then just come and offer you an aggresive "opportunity for signing" you cannot miss.
I also did not like that you cannot use a "hielera" near to the swimming pool without a clear reasoning.

Lo único que cambiaría es que la habitación quede mas oscura tanto por la noche como por la mañana
El servicio del personal de recepción, los restaurantes y el bar de la piscina fue muy bueno, en el restaurante Ahumaditos muy bueno el chicharrom crocante.
La insistencia del personal de ventas, no estuvimos tranquilos porque nos seguían para vendernos una bendita apliación de descuentos.

El trato de una muchacha del servicio de desayuno fue muy simpática con nuestra familia. Y los desayunos estuvieron ricos.,
Me parece que al hotel le faltan cuidados de mantenimiento. Algunas áreas se ven un poco descuidadas. La puerta del baño por ejemplo, se trababa y el agua se salía un poco. La perilla del lavatorio no cerraba bien.

Me parece bonito los baños de la habitación pero se podrían mejorar ya q se ven viejos, muy limpios pero ya viejos.
