Pros:

The location is absolutely marvellous directly on the beautiful lake! The reception staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Sauna usage very limited, the decoration is outdated, the price is very high given the standard.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels am Wasser ist einfach traumhaft. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im eigenen Restaurant war absolut klasse. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war herrlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Saunatücher und Bademäntel liegen in den Zimmern bereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist für ein Doppelbett viel zu klein, das Bad hat ein Installateur wahrscheinlich zum letzten Mal in den 80ger Jahren betreten. Alles alt, staubig und so richtig abgenutzt. Im „Wellnessbereich“ gehts genauso weiter. Von 4 Duschabteilen funktionierten 2 nicht, eine Dusche war abgebaut. Auf der Wasseroberfläche des Tauchbads schwamm eine dicke Staubschicht. Das hauseigene Schwimmbad war gesperrt, mit dem Hinweis auf die aktuell hohen Energiekosten. Balkongeländer müssen dringend ersetzt werden. Der Putz fällt von den Wänden und liegt auf dem Vordach des Restaurants.

It was very good but spoilt by the restaurant experience.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, super breakfast.

Cons:

Mattress was saggy and needs replacing. Ate in the bar/restaurant on the first night and got caught out with a mandatory service charge, which, apparently, is not a service charge to replace a tip, but for the cutlery & table wear and some bread we didn’t ask for! Only realised after we’d left a generous tip so we didn’t eat there again.

Velmi milá paní majitelka i všechen personál, přátelští k malým dětem, skvělá poloha přímo u jezera, soukromá hotelová pláž s dostatkem lehátek dostupná výtahy. Dostačující snídaně. Výborné jídlo v hotelové restauraci na oběd či večeři. Parkování za poplatek 10 euro/noc.

Cons:

Pokoje jsou opravdu maličké a nebyla tak možnost postavit dětskou cestovní postýlku, což může být komplikace, pokud nejste zvyklí spát společně. Také koupelna je řešena dost neprakticky a kolem WC bylo velmi málo místa i pro člověka menší postavy. Kávovar na pokoji - zpoplatněn.

Ich werde mir für den nächsten Attersee Urlaub ein anderes Hotel suchen

Die Lage ist gut

Cons:

Leider haben wir anscheinend eines der Zimmer erwischt welches vom Schimmel befallen ist.
Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber.. Dreck im Bett, Lurch und mehrere Spinnweben an Wänden und Decke.
Die Innenausstattung im Zimmer ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist es meiner Meinung nach sehr enttäuschend.

Die Lage, der Seeblick und die große Terrasse sind wunderbar und wiegen das was ich unten schreibe bei weitem auf. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. Der direkte Zugang zum See ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat noch Teppichboden und auch der Zusatzbett-Sessel war schon älter, was man beiden auch ansah. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein Makeover vertragen. Das Bad roch oft nach Abfluss. Der Heizkörper im Bad ist an einigen Stellen rostig gewesen. Im Badezimmer gab es wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und für etwas kräftigere Menschen ist der hohe Einstieg in die Dusche bei den engen Türen etwas herausfordernd.

Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant inkl. dem Personal war sehr gut . Der Ausblick von der Seeseite mega toll . Dem alter entsprechend müsste man an einigen Ecken mal über eine Sanierung nachdenken. Bad Einrichtung und den Sichtbaren Verfugungen an der hohen Duschwanne sollte man für das Vier Sterne Hotel verbessern. Das provisorische angebrachte Fliegengitter mit Panzertape hätte man unsichtbar ankleben können. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.
Und so nebenbei, die Gedeckkosten für Gäste des Hotels sind für das Vier Sterne Hotel ungewöhnlich.

The view from the room balcony and the terrace is superb.
We were lucky with the weather and could benefit from the private beach access.
Breakfast was really nice.
The staff were kind and helpful… And the cute dog!

Cons:

Some of the hotel furnishings are worn out a bit, it could use a refresh.
The room was small, we struggled with where to put our luggage.
