Also für den Preis eigentlich in Ordnung, man darf nur nicht zu zimperlich sein.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und Parkplatz vor der Tür

Cons:

Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Die Bewohnerin unter mir klopfte um 22:00 Uhr an meine Tür und meinte ich würde mit den Schuhen poltern, dabei lief ich einfach mal ab und zu in meinen festeren Hausschuhen rum.

Das Hotel eher meiden, wer Komfort sucht!

Es gab keine Frühstück, obwohl eines gebucht war! Trotzdem wurde der volle Preis verrechnet. Das Licht ging nicht, die Handtücher waren alt und verschlissen, es gab keinen WLAN Code. Zu wenig bis keine Parkplätze.

I requested check in at 5 pm which they agreed and when I arrived after a long drive on the hottest day of the year the hotel was closed, no answer from any telephone numbers except the booking app where I was told I would have to wait three hours till after 8 pm to be able to be allowed in, two guests were waiting outside for their invoice and had been told the same, they keep 50 percent of your payment if you cancel so I expect this happens regularly, I gave up and found a real hotel sacrificing half my payment the building looked run down and dirty

Pros:

Nichts. Wir sind vor der Übernachtung wieder abgereist.

Cons:

Zimmer mit Charme und Geruch von Partykeller. In die Dusche wäre ich nur mit Badelstschen gestiegen. Betten katastrophal durchgelegen bzw viel zu weich.
