Pros:

Posizione fantastica a picco sul mare con una terrazza indimenticabile vista mare dove degustare un' abbondante colazione o la cena. Il personale cordialissimo a partire dalla proprietaria che ci ha deliziato con una camera vista mare senza averla richiesta a tutto lo staff sempre con il sorriso. Prezzi competitivi. Un soggiorno rilassante in un isola veramente bella con un mare da invidia. Grazie a tutti🫠

Value for money completely disappointing

Excellent position of the hotel, excellent breakfast in a wonderful place with a sea view, very gentle staff in the hotel.

Cons:

The value for money of the room I was assigned was completely disappointing. At a cost of €350 per night for a three-star property on Saturday, 5 September, I would have at least expected a perfect match with the room photos published on Booking.com at the time of reservation. Instead, I found a bathroom with no window and a non-functioning extractor fan, a window overlooking a wall, two single mattresses on the double bed, power outlets hidden behind the bedside tables that had to be moved — unless you were willing to unplug the minibar (not that it mattered much, as it was empty, containing only two bottles of water). At a significantly lower price, I would have had nothing to complain about. On top of that, I expressed my dissatisfaction both at check-in and at check-out, and also via email afterwards, but the management's response amounted to nothing more than a polite acknowledgement of my complaints — seemingly in the hope that it would not turn into a negative review. At this point, leaving one has become an obligation.

Bel soggiorno al Giglio, grande cortesia.
Pros:

L'hotel ha una posizione privilegiata. Le camere con affaccio al mare sono un must, il terrazzino sul mare è incantevole, le camere sono un po' piccole ma il bagno finestrato è molto bello e luminoso. Letti comodi, aria condizionata ottima. Il personale è molto cortese e super disponibile, ci hanno fatto stare molto bene. Bonus vero la doccetta sul lastrico per togliersi il sale di dosso prima dell'imbarco al ritorno.

Cons:

La colazione salata è (molto) sacrificata rispetto alla tradizionale colazione dolce. Con una clientela internazionale, ci aspettavamo più varietà e più qualità nei prodotti. L'aggiunta di verdure e uova fatte sul momento (e magari anche più frutta fresca) darebbero il tocco che manca per avere una grande esperienza.
