Cons:

there is no one at the reception, we wait for hours but no one was around, so we left and cancelled the booking to find other hotel.

Booking.com you really need to step up your game on listing property on your flatform, I have been experiencing zonk properties but never had I posted them, but this one really take the cake.

Zimmer roch muffig, Bettzeug extrem dreckig, Toilette unsauber. Nachts wurde das Wasser abgestellt. Der Weg zum Bungalow nicht beleuchtet. Frühstück wurde auch nicht angeboten. Der Besitzer lag früh als wir die Anlage verließen, noch schlafend in der Rezeption auf einer Matratze, auch noch als wir zurück kamen. Rezeption und Küche eine unordentlich Baustelle. Es war die schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten!Eklig und unzumutbar! Wir haben uns nach der 1.Nacht ein anderes Resort gesucht, obwohl wir 3 Nächte gebucht hatten.

Great potential, not great experience
Pros:

The location is great, you are off the main road and surrounded by fields. Staff are also friendly and kind.

Cons:

Our room was dirty. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The quilt smelt as though it had not been washed for a long time. Breakfast was also left outside the room on the table in the balcony for us when we had specifically asked for it to be left in their kitchen for when we return from surfing early morning. We got back to the room at 6pm to find empty plates where someone had eaten our food and not cleaned up! We showed the owner and he was also shocked. We laughed it off but this is not the standard of hospitality you expect from anywhere. The place has a lot of potential, but no dedication to attention to detail or cleanliness unfortunately.

Cons:

Unclean bedsheets and the place is generally in bad shape. There was a strong smell of mould in the room, possibly because it had been unused for a long time and lacked proper ventilation. I booked and paid through Booking.com but did not stay there due to the condition of the room. I did not receive a refund.
The mold and bedsheets were the biggest deal-breaker.

Cons:

Les bâtiments sont en mauvais état et pas entretenus. Les draps étaient tachés, la douche très sale, la chasse d'eau avec une grosse fuite, l'équipement délabré. Le hall de l'entrée ressemble plus à un squat qu'autre chose avec un matelas par terre. Le premier jour pas de café au petit déjeuner. L'endroit semble abandonné, le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas juste du tout.
Je ne conseille pas cet endroit. Les photos sont trompeuses.

Perfect budget accom!!!
Pros:

The town was on the best places I visited in lombok. The people are next level kind and you have everything you need. The accom was well situated and quiet but still had a fun vibe. The staff are great, always hanging out, playing good music and up for a chat. We had hot water, a huuuuuuge room and there's a Rooftop perfect for sunrise sunset

Cons:

There's was no WiFi during our stay which was fine, we just used data. Also, eaters discretion with the breaky... I chose not too

Henkilökunta oli mahtava ja meillä oli todella hauskaa heidän seurassa! Skootterit saatiin vuokrattua todella helposti ja aamupalakin saatiin joka aamu. Kävimme sapakin ihmisten kanssa myös retkellä viidakossa ja pelaamassa futsalia. Voin suositella tätä paikka!

Pros:

Bon emplacement, établissement un peu laissé à l’abandon, mais le personnel est très sympathique avec nous avons passé un bon moment à discuter. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et les lits confortables.
Pour le prix que demander de plus.

Would go back to our little home
Pros:

I arrived alone with my 1 year old on our bike and the staff were exceptional from the moment we got there.
We felt very welcome and ended up staying an extra two nights
Quite location,
Host was Very helpful and friendly with everything you need
Clean comfy rooms
Hot water! Loved it
Great value for money.

Cons:

Chickens got into some rubbish bags out the back I would clean up and I would put some soaps on the rooms :)
