Very nice rooms and pool, super helpful staff
Pros:

I had a very good stay. The staff are very helpful and super nice. They have also been very flexible because I had to prolong and then shorten my stay. They let me keep my luggage in their room after checkout, which was very helpful. You can also rent a scooter with them. Only thing slightly imperfect was the wifi in the room, but that is only a detail!

Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage. Toller Pool und gemütlicher Bungalow, der alles hat was man braucht. Zentrale, aber sehr ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Die 2 Pools im Garten sind toll. Aber es ist alles windgeschützt und damit sehr heiss.
Safe wäre schön in dieser Preisklasse.
Roomservice hat bei 2 Übernachtungen nicht stattgefunden.

Great hotel in the heart of Kuta Lombok !
Pros:

Location is amazing, close to the good vibe area but in a small street. We were not disturb by noice. The swimming pool is very appreciated and not too crowded. The A/C is well built, not directly oriented into the bed.

Cons:

The bathroom can smell a little bit humidity.

Hotel de 10!
Pros:

Nos gustó todo. La limpieza, la habitación, la piscina, la ubicación y el personal es de 10, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. A pesar de la ubicación tan céntrica, es muy tranquilo y no hay nada de ruido. Si volvemos a Kuta, no dudaremos en repetir en este hotel!
