Helpful staff and cute little room
Pros:

The location is really central. I didn’t rent a scooter on the first day and can just navigate around to get food and massage by foot. The pool and the room is really nice and clean. They provide water for you to fill into your jug in your room. And they ask if you need housekeeping daily or by request. There’s always staff at the property but sometimes they were in the staff room instead of at the reception counter, need to call them out.

Cons:

The public area is a bit basic. No hair dryer, they told me it was broken and they don’t have any spare one.

Perfectly located & excellent stay in Kuta
Pros:

We had a great 2 nights staying here. The room was compact but had a good sized bathroom. It is well located in central Kuta and has 2 small pools which are great. The staff were friendly and helped to store our luggage and arrange airport transfers.

Cons:

Only downside was the air conditioning not being particularly effective, and it was noisy from the street and prayers so not the best nights sleep.

Pros:

Very nice hotel with lovely staff. Location is perfect right in the center of Kuta. Can highly recommend it!

In general is also okay
Pros:

Location was great,even though in the busiest part of Kuta, but it’s in the alley, so won’t get effect too much

Cons:

Was still a bit sandy on the floor when we got in and if we didn’t get the air conditioning going, the room would have a moldy smell when we return form outside

Ho dormito qui solo una notte. La struttura è bellissima, a pochi passi dalla strada principale ma immersa nel silenzio. Camera grande e pulita. Personale gentilissimo.

Ho soggiornato qui una notte, posto incantevole.
In centro kuta,ma tranquillo e lontano dal rumore.
Camere perfette, ottimi servizi quali, spazzolino e dentifricio di cortesia, caffè te e bollitore ciabattine di cortesia, frigo,shampoo e bagnoschiuma,letto comodissimo e smart tv.
Ha 2 piscine e lettini pulite e davvero rilassanti
JO Mi ha perfino accompagnato la mattina del checkout gratis ad un altro hotel in motorino,Jo il numero 1.
10 e lode x pulizia,cortesia,servizi ed accoglienza.

Great stay!
Pros:

Super vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk zwembad, goede bedden en warme douches! Locatie is top; middenin centrum Kuta maar het valt heel erg mee qua geluidsoverlast

Cons:

De hygiëne van de badkamer kan iets beter, maar als je dit aangeeft wordt de badkamer gefixt!

Great accommodation in the centre of Kuta
Pros:

The bed was really nice and comfy and the location absolutely perfect, in the very center of Kuta, but it was very quiet during night

the sliding door of the room was little bit broken and hard to lock. But not a big issue.
