Cons:

Katastrophaler Aufenthalt im Palac Sulislaw

Am Anreisetag fanden wir in unserem Zimmer Kakerlaken, Spinnen und ein extrem nach faulen Eiern riechendes Badezimmer. Die Insekten wurden entfernt, der Geruch blieb.
Da das Schloss ziemlich abgelegen liegt, wollten wir das hauseigene Restaurant besuchen. Leider war dort keine Bedienung vorzufinden, sodass wir auf das ca. 20 Minuten entfernte Dorf ausweichen mussten.
Das Personal spricht bis auf die Angestellten an der Rezeption kein Englisch und auch auf dem Zimmer gab es keinerlei Informationen auf Englisch (nur Landessprache).
Der Spa-Bereich war durchgehend geschlossen. Lichter waren aus und kein Personal vor Ort.
Frühstück gab es jeden Tag an einem anderen Ort und in einer sehr abgespeckten Form. Auch hier fehlte das Personal. Es wurde weder abgeräumt noch wurden Lebensmittel aufgefüllt.
Am zweiten Tag gab es kein warmes Wasser auf dem Zimmer und das ohne Ankündigung.
Die Anlage wirkt insgesamt ziemlich verlassen und ungepflegt.
Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht und würden das Schloss definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Da wir mehrere Unterkünfte in der Region besucht haben, schneidet das Hotel im Vergleich sehr schlecht ab und ist absolut kein 5-Sterne Hotel (max.1 Stern).

Hotel, pałac, park i muzeum porcelany
Pros:

Miejsce niezwykle urokliwe. Wrażenie robią wnętrza z rozstawioną swobodnie porcelaną. Cisza, spokój. Obok piękna bogata nieoczekiwana galeria (muzeum) starej porcelany, piękny park. Dobra restauracja obok, w sąsiednim budynku. Wystawa malarstwa.

An interesting place to stay
Pros:

The entrance to the hotel from the road was definitely palatial. The hotel looked super from the outside. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Our dogs we’re very welcomed and there were nice grounds for walking the dogs.

Cons:

We were there during a heatwave and the rooms were very very hot at night. Breakfast was average

Pros:

Ogólnie wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Piękne wyposażenie pałacu i samego pokoju tworzy naprawdę niepowtarzalny klimat. Bardzo miła obsługa. Przyzwoite śniadanie

Cons:

Podstawowym minusem był niestety brak ciepłej wody. Do tego oznakowanie parkingu i dojazdu do niego pozostawia nieco do życzenia
