Unsafe Stay – Money Stolen from Room and Poor Hotel Response
Pros:

Nothing. The only thing memorable about this stay was the stress and disappointment after discovering money missing from my luggage and the lack of proper support from the hotel staff.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. Money was stolen from my luggage inside the hotel room during my stay. The suitcase zipper showed visible scratch/tampering marks, but despite reporting the issue immediately, the hotel management showed little seriousness in properly investigating the matter.
Instead of helping the guest, the situation felt ignored just to protect the hotel’s reputation. This caused major stress during an international business trip. Security and guest trust should be the hotel’s top priority, but unfortunately that was not my experience here.
I would strongly advise travelers to be extremely careful with valuables if staying at Hotel Señorial.
