Si pueden cambiar los productos del baño un jabón diferente y otro champoo y acondicionador sería una maravilla también incluir un kit de afeitar para los hombres y un kit de higiene para las mujeres

Pros:

Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and with no stress.

Cons:

I stayed in 303. Shower head was broken, ceilings paint is cracked and doesn't look good. I had a bit of noize from the street during the night.

Excelente ubicación y relación calidad precio
Pros:

EL hotel tiene excelente ubicación pues está frente a un parque que no es ruidoso y tiene máquinas para hacer ejercicio, la zona es segura, al terminar pasas la carretera y esta el malecón. El Hotel tiene sus espacios lindos y limpios. El restaurante esta a la entrada y el desayuno de opciones y es muy muy completo, el personal es muy formal.

Cons:

lo único fue que el ascensor asusta al arrancar y al llegar pues el golpe que da es muy fuerte. Da la sensación que es muy viejo ya. Ideal cambiarlo.

Bien para una noche de paso.
Pros:

Es un hotel que está bien para una noche de paso. Su ubicación, cerca al Malecón y no lejos del centro histórico está muy bien. En la recepción fueron muy amables. Cama grande. El desayuno, como lo anotan los comentarios, está muy bien.

Cons:

Pedimos una habitación tranquila: con buena intención nos dieron una habitación del primer piso a lado de la recepción, el problema es que se escucha el ruido de la gente hablando y entrando, hasta tarde en la noche y muy temprano en la mañana. La habitación estaba bien, con una cama grande, anotaría sólo que es raro, por lo menos para mí, no tener ni una ventana o fuente de luz natural.

Excelente calidad/precio
Pros:

Ubicación es excelente. La atención del personal es muy buena. El desayuno muy variado y abundante. Es un lugar excelente calidad/precio y tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel que es muy bueno. No tengo dudas para hacerlo mi alojamiento habitual cuando vaya a Santo Domingo

Cons:

El aire acondicionado requiere un mantenimiento. No enfriaba lo suficiente para el inmenso calor. El resto estuvo fenomenal.
