We informed the hotel in advance about our arrival time and were promised that someone would meet us. However, when we arrived, we spent about 30 minutes walking around the hotel trying to find any staff. There is no reception desk at the hotel. After half an hour, a woman finally approached us and showed us our room. The room had been recently renovated and was clean.

We would also like to mention the breakfast situation. The hotel states that breakfast starts at 10:00 AM, but when we arrived for breakfast, we were told to come back at 11:00 AM instead. As a result, we had to go to a nearby restaurant and ended up having breakfast almost at lunchtime.

At 11:00 AM we returned to the hotel and asked if they could prepare a takeaway breakfast for us, as we were leaving that day for Denizli and Pamukkale.

The next day we decided not to wait for the late breakfast again and went to another restaurant instead.
The check-in and breakfast situation is extremely inconvenient, especially when you have a busy travel schedule. Freshly renovated and clean rooms are good, but the service organization in this case was clearly lacking.
Мы заранее сообщили время нашего приезда и нам пообещали, что нас встретят. Но по факту, приехав к отелю, мы около 30 минут ходили вокруг в поисках персонала. Ресепшн в отеле отсутствует. Спустя полчаса к нам подошла женщина и показала номер. Номер был после свежего ремонта, чистый и аккуратный.

Отдельно хочется отметить организацию завтрака. В описании указано, что завтрак начинается с 10:00, но когда мы пришли, нам сказали вернуться к 11:00. В итоге нам пришлось идти завтракать в ближайший ресторан, фактически уже ближе к обеду. В 11:00 мы вернулись и попросили сделать завтрак с собой, так как в этот день уезжали в Денизли и Памуккале.

На следующий день мы уже не стали ждать позднего завтрака и снова пошли завтракать в другой ресторан .

неудобно, особенно когда планы
на поездку расписаны.

Premier problème: les draps. Je ne comprends pas comment c'est encore possible de n'avoir que des couvertures TRES inconfortables. Sans doute le critère le plus important pour une nuit.
Ensuite, l'accessibilité: entrée dérobée entre le coiffeur et le restaurant de la même enseigne, sans indications. Il n'y a pas d'accueil et c'est compliqué de trouver le personnel.
Le serveur est très problématique. Toujours des écouteurs dans les oreilles, il faut presque crier pour qu'il vous remarque. Quelle que soit la demande, même la plus simple, il vous regarde sans rien dire pendant 5 secondes.
J'aurais bien aimé mettre plus car ça reste un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
