Cons:

Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel, nous avons été accueillis par un employé très désagréable, qui prend les gens de haut et s'exprime d'une façon assez arrogante. Après cet accueil plus que raté, nous arrivons dans des couloirs plutôt vieillots.
Les chambres sont assez correctes, mais les lits sont vraiment inconfortables. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas la climatisation dans l'hôtel et que nous ayons été prévenus, la chaleur dans les chambres était vraiment élevée, et ils auraient pu mettre à disposition autre chose qu'un petit ventilateur de poche.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner : hors de prix ! 19 € par personne pour quelque chose de vraiment pas terrible. Trois bouts de jambon, un peu de bacon, très peu de fruits, du pain… Bref, c'est très simple pour 19 € par personne. Et ne parlons pas des œufs brouillés en poudre.
Pour résumer, c'est un hôtel à proximité d'Europa-Park, mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'il propose. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Pros:

Een perfecte ligging als je naar Europapark gaat, met vriendelijk personeel en prima restaurant.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima per andare a Europa Park, lasciando la macchina in hotel e andando tranquillamente a piedi. La Signora del check-in è stata gentilissima, dalle risposte ai messaggi su booking , fino a quando ci siamo salutate l'ultimo giorno! Il ristorante è un po' caro ma, la qualità delle materie prime è ottima e si mangia benissimo quindi, ne vale la pena! La camera era bella spaziosa, 23m² e molto pulita!

Cons:

La mancanza dell' aria condizionata in camera, è stata devastante per la notte 🥵 però ci avevano già avvisato al momento della prenotazione e si sono attrezzati di loro iniziativa, con un ventilatore sulla scrivania 😉 L' assenza di una finestra in bagno, senza neanche una ventola di ricircolo dell' aria, è stata una grossa mancanza, secondo me..

Bon hôtel mais qui serait encore mieux avec la climatisation.
Pros:

La gentillesse de la personne à la réception qui a fait le maximum pour nous comprendre bien que sa langue maternelle ne soit pas le français et qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'hôtel et le parking pour notre voiture.
Les chambres déjà prêtes à notre arrivée ainsi que la propreté de chaque chambre.

Cons:

Il faisait une chaleur caniculaire durant notre séjour et il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans les chambres.
Heureusement il y avait un petit ventilateur dans chaque chambre mais bien insuffisant pour rafraichir les pièces.
