Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt, miłą i pomocna obsługę. Śniadania smaczne i świeże, dodatkowym atutem Hotelu jest czystość, która jest na wysokim poziomie. Obiekt znajduje się w bliskim centrum z dostępem do sklepów i restauracji a dodatkowym atutem jest bliskość do morze.

Mai degrabă ApartHotel decât Hotel.
Pros:

Proprietatea este frumoasă, funcțională, paturi comode și destul de mari. Am primit un up-grade la apartament cu 2 camere în loc de studio, care ar fi suficient pentru 4 persoane. AC doar în dormitor, TV doar în living. Pozele proprietății corespund, locuri de parcare suficiente. Cam la 20 minute pe jos de Velika Plaza. La 300 m este un magazin Idea-market lanț magazine și cateva terase în drum spre plajă.

Cons:

Micul dejun NU corespunde cu cel prezentat în poze, este un nivel basic, ca mezeluri sunt parizer și crenvurști prăjiți sau fierți, doar nescafe 3 in 1 și ceai, 1 sortiment cașcaval feliat, brânză feta, ouă, suc la dozator, roșii, castraveți și apă. Wifi nefuncțional în camerele dinspre stradă, iar la TV funcționează doar câteva posturi naționale. 1 set de prosoape doar pentru corp, fără prosoape pentru față, fără produse de igienă-săpun, gel duș, etc. Curățenia sau schimbul de prosoape se face doar la cerere. Fără persoană dedicată la recepție, personal puțin. Bucătăriile din apartament nu au plită sau ustensile de bucătărie, strict doar căni și pahare. Poate că este o problemă de costuri/profit, și pot încerca să înțeleg acest lucru în contextul economic actual, dar unele mici eforturi legate de prosoape sau săpun fac și unitățile de cazare mai slab cotate.

Inte alls nöjd. Samma frukost 7 dagar i streck.
Pros:

Boendet var bra läget. Men extremt dålig städning i rummet. De bytte aldrig lakan. Handdukarna man fick kändes halvt tvättade.

Cons:

Myggor så barnen blev bitna varje kväll. Toaletten var katastrof när man spolade åkte vattnet ut.

Very poor, I felt scammed, wouldn’t recommend it at all.
Pros:

The object was fine but the service was terrible. Very poor breakfast and no employees, they call themselves a hotel but did not even have someone to order a coffee from.

Cons:

the location, no green spaces, a lot of mosquitoes, small balcony.

Cons:

After making the reservation, I sent the property a message informing them that 4 people would be arriving, but they did not respond.

Later, they called me and told me that one person was not allowed to stay alone in a double room and that I had to cancel the reservation myself. They refused to cancel it from their side and tried to redirect me to another hotel. Because of this, I had to book another property to avoid being left without accommodation.

Afterwards, they told Booking.com that the issue was not single occupancy, but that I wanted to stay with 4 people. This statement was completely inconsistent with what they told me on the phone. I also have WhatsApp messages proving that they offered me another hotel.

The information they gave to Booking.com did not match what actually happened. Communication was neither transparent nor honest. Their attempt to make me cancel the reservation myself and then provide a different version of events caused me to completely lose trust in this property.

I do not recommend this property.

Összeségében elégedettek vagyunk.
Pros:

Szép, új épület. Minden gyalog elérhető távolságra van. A takarító hölgyek gyorsak, precízek és nagyon kedvesek voltak. A reggeli friss, bőséges volt, az alap kínálat mellé minden nap volt valami különlegesség.

Cons:

A személyzet egy része nem volt túl kommunikatív. A recepcióst vadászni kellett, zömében nem tartózkodott a recepción. 2 egyszerű kérésünk volt (elem a klíma távirányítóba illetve egy partvis) de egyiket sem teljesítette.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent—quiet and away from the busy city center, yet close to shops, restaurants, a children’s park, and other attractions. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
