Terrible experience, don’t go there
Pros:

Actually nothing, the owner was rude, he didnt know how to explain where we should park the car, ı had to call him several times, noone can speak English. The hotel is overrated and worn out. Terrible stairs, we had to pull the suitcases kilometers long because he couldnt explain anything. It is no use to stay in old town, just go there for an afternoon see the view at night and stay somewhere in new town. Don’t trust the scores, I made the booking for 2 days but decided to stay one night, I asked the owner he agreed with it but after he got the payment from booking, he said he wont pay us the one night back. We left the hotel any way after one night. Breakfast was also poor. Won’t recommend it at all. I paid less in İstanbul in a very fancy area and with great service.

Cons:

The stairs, the traffic, the owner, hotel is very old and not taken good care of, I will share the videos and pictures. Cant download the video of the closet, it almost fell on us. The stairs are so narrow your feet wont fit and had to carry suitcases climbing up and down the stairs.

Pros:

Obiekt blisko centralnej ulicy i najważniejszych zabytków. Prezentuje się pięknie na zewnątrz. Pokój był bardzo przytulny choć nieduży. Personel sympatyczny.
W hotelu pomogli nam też w kwestii wycieczki po okolicy, zorganizowanej w kameralnej grupie.

Cons:

Codzinnie identyczny zestaw śniadaniowy. Podczas gdy można chociaż jajka przygotować każdego dnia w inny sposób. My przez 4 dni mieliśmy jajecznicę.
Innym gościom jednego dnia podano menemen. A więc było możliwe urozmaicenie, tylko nie stosowano go dla wszystkich gości.

Pros:

Ich war zwei Nächte im Zerzevan Hotel und war sehr zufrieden. Besonders die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Frühstück war mega lecker und richtig mit Liebe zubereitet. Wenn ich nochmal nach Mardin komme, , dann auf jeden Fall wieder in demselben Hotel. An das Personal , alles Gute und beste Grüße❤️

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt mit herzlichem Personal, toller Aussicht und einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr angenehm. Obwohl wir nachts verspätet angekommen sind, hat trotzdem jemand auf uns gewartet, um den Check-in zu machen – das war sehr aufmerksam. Das Personal war generell unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns bei allem unterstützt: von Sightseeing-Tipps über Restaurantempfehlungen bis hin zur Planung unserer Sıra Gecesi und dem Shuttle zurück zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend, Kaffee und Tee gab es rund um die Uhr. Besonders schön war die Aussicht von der Terrasse – abends hatte man dort wirklich einen traumhaften Blick. Auch die anderen Hotelgäste waren sehr freundlich, man konnte sich bis spät in die Nacht unterhalten und trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig.

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es nichts Negatives. Der Weg zum Hotel ist etwas steiler, aber so macht man wenigstens direkt etwas für die Figur

Wer zentral sein möchte, kann auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft buchen.
Pros:

Der Ausblick war sehr schön und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war perfekt, man war zu Fuß direkt in der Stadt.

Cons:

Es waren nur kleine Kleinigkeiten, wie z. B. kein Safe im Zimmer oder keine Ablage in der Dusche. Außerdem muss man einige Treppen laufen – was für den schönen Ausblick aber absolut verständlich und lohnenswert ist.

Stilvolles Konak mit toller Aussicht, aber renovierungsbedürftigen Mängel
Pros:

Das Konak ist toll gelegen, sehr hoch, so dass man eine super Aussicht über die Stadt bis zu den Bergen hat. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr entspannt, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Das Frühstück ist schön serviert worden und schmeckte lecker.

Cons:

Die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig, das war leider ein ziemliches Manko.
Da das Konak weit oben liegt und man viele Treppen steigen muss, ist das mit Koffer Tragen für Starke!

Absolute 10/10. Atemberaubende Aussicht und Frühstück
Pros:

Einfach atemberaubend. Wir hatten die gesamte Etage gebucht und das Frühstück oben samt dem Personal war 10/10.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation is nicht so ideal, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Die unterstützen einen bei den Parkplätzen und parken ist kostenlos.

Da das Hotel weit oben liegt, ist es etwas anstrengend mit viel Gepäck dort raufzukommen. Wir hatten viele große Koffer, es hat dennoch gut funktioniert 👍

Odanın atmosferi iyiydi

Cons:

Öncelikle dizimden bir rahatsızlık geçirdiğim için oteldeki rezervasyonumu iptal etmek istediğimde ve telefonda durumu açıklayıp doktor raporu göndermeme rağmen tam fiyat iadesi yapamayacakları için beni bu seyahate zorunda bıraktılar. Dolayısıyla çok anlayışsız ve çok mantıksız bir süreç işlediler. Dolayısıyla ben sanki bu otele zorunlu gitmişim gibi oldu. Birinci durum bu. İkincisi gittiğim mevsimde Mardin karlarla kaplıydı. Otelin konumu ara sokaklarda. Otele giden yol temizlenmemişti. Otelin içerisindeki basamaklar, zemin temizlenmemişti. Dolayısıyla her taraf bus pisti gibiydi. Zaten dizimde olası bir sakatlık durumu var ve ben otelin içerisinde kendimi sürekli dengede durmaya çalışırken buldum. Konaklayan insanların güvenliği bence hiçe sayılmıştı. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi. Gerçekten sanki bir dinlenme tesisinde 5-10 liraya alınmış bir kahvaltı tabağı gibiydi. Mardin'in yöresel bir lezzeti verilmiyordu. Gayet yetersiz, küçük bir kahvaltı. Çaylarımızı vesaire zaten kendimiz alıyorduk. Açıkçası tam anlamıyla bir hüsran oldu. Odanın atmosferi taş ev olduğu için güzeldi. Ancak banyo buz gibiydi. Banyo için ayrı bir ısıtma sistemi yapılmadığı için kış mevsiminde gerçekten yıkanırken, suyun ısınmasını beklerken donduk buz gibiydi. Yine yerlerde yeterli halı şu bu olmadığı için dışarıdan karlı ayaklarımızla geldiğimizde bu sefer odasının içerisindeki temizliği sağlamakta ve zeminleri kuru ve güvenli tutmakta zorlandık diyebilirim. Tek kelime ile bir hüsran.
