Me hicieron un Upgrade de habitacion gratuito. Tenían disponibilidad de habitación con vistas al Bosforo y me la ofrecieron gratis. El personal de recepción muy amable.
El acceso al hotel es por una calle empedrada sin aceras, y con bastante cuesta. No tiene nada que ver con el hotel en sí, pero si vas muy cargado has de tenerlo en cuenta.
Location was good and rooftop was good views
Genius Level 3 was given the room in the bottom basement 2 levels under reception street level, wet damp musty with no fresh air as small window opened onto underground foundation. Mosquitoes at night in room were nuisance. Worst room I have ever been provided on all my booking.com stays.

Personnel légèrement sympathique et hôtel proche des lieux touristiques connus d’Istanbul.
Séjour très décevant. La chambre attribuée était située en sous-sol, sans fenêtre, avec une forte sensation d’humidité, ce qui n’avait absolument pas été précisé lors de la réservation.
En plus de cela, la propreté laisse clairement à désirer : draps visiblement non propres, chambre mal entretenue et hygiène globale insuffisante.
Pour le prix payé, le rapport qualité/service est très mauvais. Expérience inconfortable et décevante, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
