ilmoitin varauksen yhteydessä, että minulla on koiria mukanani - viestiin ei koskaan vastattu yhtään mitään, eikä kerrottu koirista veloitettavan lisämaksun suuruudesta. Kun koirista piti maksaa henkilökunta ehdotti, että olisivat ottaneet valokuvat pankkikortistani, siihen en suostunut missään tapauksessa. Lopulta sain laskun koirien osuudesta.
Tämä on suuri puute kaikissa varauksissa - muissakin kohteissa - kun koirien veloituksista ei kerrota missään etukäteen! pitäisi olla kerrottuna veloitus samaan tapaan kuin esim aamiainen.

A terrible experience that forced us to leave within minutes and find another place to stay.
Pros:

Nothing. Everything was so bad that we had to leave just a few minutes after arriving and find another hotel.

Cons:

The property was in an unacceptable condition. The room had no light bulb, the window would not close, and everything was visibly dirty, including the floor and furniture. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with a damaged ceiling, cobwebs, and clear signs of long-term neglect. The towels smelled bad, and the entire room had a strong dust odor that caused discomfort.
Due to these conditions, we had to leave just a few minutes after arrival and find another hotel. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were unable to request a refund. The only compensation offered was a 10 percent discount on a future stay, which is completely inadequate.
This place should not even be called a hotel, and we strongly advise others to avoid it.

Frukosten är normal. Rummet är OK.

Cons:

Ett väldigt smutsigt kök där jag ville värma vatten till te. Det såg ut som om det aldrig hade städats eller skötts om. Allt annat var acceptabelt.

Det mesta. Ingen personal, bedrövligt rum. En ventil i badrummet m intryckt plastpåse. Varmvattnet kom ur kallvattenkranen. Inte ett enda tandborstglas. . Gammalt bröd till frukost. Skulle finnas glas i ett kök men det gjorde det inte. Ett skitigt kök med kylskåp som var uräckligt. Listan går o göra längre men orkar inte mer. Kommer inte bo där igen o inte rekommendera .

Läget var ut märkt för vad jag skulle göra på Lidingö. Kunde fräscha upp hotellet lite.
Pros:

Fick vad man betalade för. Jag hade det tyst. Blev bara förvånad av att det inte var en bemannad reception, men incheckning via telefon funkade bra. Nära till bushållplats om man åker kommunalt.

Cons:

Mattan i rummet var hemsk, stickig. Önskar man kunde ta bort dem och lägga in laminat/parkettgolv. Vet inte vad som finns i den mattan. Duschvägg saknas i duschen , så vatten rinner ut på badrumsgolvet. Lite torftig frukost, men ok. Svagt kaffe?
