Thanks to the receptionist Justine who was always willing to help we had a nice stay
Pros:

Very good location with modern new rooms

Cons:

Housekeeping was poor not everything was not replenished each day , poor breakfast very noisy at nights very small and slow lift

Pros:

Very nice room with a pitcher of water and a coffee machine. Nice size room and bathrrom. Directly on shopping street but not noisy. 10 minute walk to train.

Pros:

מיקום מושלם!!! היה כיף ונוח לישון קרוב למסעדות ולחנויות האופנה (בת ה-15 היתה מאושרת 😁).
חדר גדול, מרווח ומעוצב יפה.
היה נהדר לאכול את ארוחת בוקר על הגג מול הנוף.

Pros:

Tout était parfait et au delà de mes attentes.
L’emplacement est excellent, la chambre est magnifique et d’une propreté irréprochable, la salle de petit déjeuner est située au dernier étage et dispose d’une superbe terrasse et le personnel est très serviable

Décevant et trop cher ! Et ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel !
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée
Très bonne situation géographique
Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse très agréable

Cons:

Surpris de constater qu'il ne s'agit pas vraiment d'un hôtel (seulement 9 chambres) sans hall d'accueil, sans service de réception, pas de service bagages jusqu'au parking pourtant facturé 30€/jour, fermeture des lieux à 22h...
De plus, aucune facilité au bar/restaurant terrasse pour les occupants des chambres, j'ai été facturé 5€ pour un verre d'eau en terrasse pour se poser un moment hors de sa chambre (eau + frais de service) !
En conclusion, prix excessif inapproprié par rapport au manque de services que l'on attendrait d'un établissement 4 étoiles

Pros:

The location was excellent. As soon as you stepped out of the hotel, you were right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of cafés and restaurants. Despite the central location, we couldn’t hear any noise from inside the room.

The Turkish bath was fantastic and quickly turned the bathroom into a relaxing steam room. The air conditioning worked very well and was already on when we arrived, so the room was nice and cool.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived three hours before the official check-in time, but they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.
