I liked the breakfast options. I liked everything. The WIFI was a little bad so that is the only thing I see is if the range or wifi could be better but asides that the hotel was great and I recommend it to anyone going to Cusco.

Cons:

The only thing was the poor wifi connection. if the router or there would be better connectivity but still hotel was amazing.

Pros:

Das Hotel lag für Fußgänger sehr günstig nur unweit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Weg zur Plaza de Armas verläuft vom Hotel vollkommen geradeaus an vielen Restaurants und netten Geschäften inkl. MInimarket, Laundry sowie Reiseagenturen vorbei. Gehzeit 8-10 min., d.h. also sehr praktisch. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und der Straßenlärm während der Nacht hält sich doch in Grenzen. Man kann sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstückbuffet bietet eine ansprechende Auswahl.

Schöne Unterkunft. Zum Schlafen perfekt.
Pros:

Perfekte gelegene, saubere Unterkunft in einer vergleichsweise ruhigen und sicheren Umgebung, aber dennoch nahe am Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Alles war gut.

Reservamos , llamamos para confirmar que todo estuviera bien la reserva , que tenían la pieza , reservada , pero al llegar al lugar, el recepcionista nos hizo el ingreso , pidiéndonos los documentos y luego nos avisa que NO estaba disponible la habitación… impresentable , además ños hicieron perder tiempo , trataron de arreglar el asunto , pero la verdad es que la solución que nos dieron era mala .. en una habitación de dos , meter una tercera cama, absolutamente imposible …
Nos pidieron que no reclamáramos ni pudiéramos nada en Booking., para que no los castigaran por el error , pero considero que una situación así es grave y se debe saber …
Salimos a buscar hotel a las 21 hrs .. realmente una situación así desastre
