Die Außenanlagen waren toll und sehr gepflegt.
Die Badezimmer sollten dringend erneuert werden. Bei uns hat der Wasserhahn extrem gewackelt, alles war angerostet. Die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit tut ihr übriges und somit wird alles sehr keimig. Wir haben nach unserer Ankunft um eine erneute Reinigung des Bades inkl. auffüllen der Seife gebeten. Das Bad wurde gereinigt (was es nur wenig verbessert hat). Seife wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Auch die Bettwäsche war fleckig. Das Frühstück bestand aus 2 Toastscheiben, Ei, 5 Stücke Melone und Tee/kaffee. Das haben wir in anderen Unterkünften im vergleichbaren Preis-Segment anders erlebt.
Zag er mooi uit, leuke huisjes, fijne zit gelegenheid buiten. Zwembad zag er prima uit. Zelf niet in geweest vanwege ons korte verblijf.

Tout, l’emplacement près pour quitter la ville direction le Kawah Ijen, le cadre en pleine ville très nature et très calme, la piscine, les chambres et la gentillesse du personnel.

Le personnel était très agréable. La chambre immense et les espaces extérieurs très jolis. C'est typique de l'Indonésie.
C'était très propre. Un très bon restaurant en face avec également un petit supermarché.
Quelques points négatifs. Beaucoup de fourmis autour de la salle de bain que j'ai pu tuer avec mon répulsif à moustiques. L'appel à la prière est extrêmement fort et très long à 3h du matin , difficile de dormir. Et enfin le lit bien que confortable est extrêmement bruyant, dès que l'on bouge il grince très très fort.
Personnel très gentil avec de bonnes recommandations de restaurants,, hotel tres jolies et chambres confortables.
L'un des chambres n'avait pas de prises à côté du lit, pas très pratique. Mauvaise exposition de la piscine, elle est à l'ombre toute la journée donc l'eau est très froide.
L organisation des différentes activités. Un personnel très réactif. Nous recommandons leur excursion au mont Ijen.

Staff nice and friendly
Room service was a fantasy, Towels, toilet paper, coffee and water. The basics.
Agréable quand on a des enfants : terrain de basket et piscine.
L’hotel a des extérieurs très jolis, les bungalow sont vraiment très spacieux.
Un magasin juste en face et des restaurants a quelques mètres.
Les nuits ne sont pas forcément reposantes pour deux raisons : la mosquée très proche chante a 4:30 du matin, et le lit qui grince au moindre mouvement.
Présence de fourmis rouges dans les chambres.
Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse, piscine très agréable et staff très sympas

Très bonne communication et super accueil à l’hôtel ndalem mataram . On nous a aidé pour la location de scooter , masques à gaz et torches ainsi que les entrées pour le volcan Ijen . Chambres propres et spacieuse . Douche parfaite . Joli jardin et grande piscine . Très bon point de départ pour visiter le volcan . Situé à côté de restaurants sympa .
The hotel organised a wonderful Ijen trekking tour for me. It was all smooth and easy with minimum effort on my side. The guide and the driver were really kind and made my trip enjoyable. I was sent pictures from the trip afterwards.
The staff at the hotel are exceptionally kind. The room was comfortable enough.
It's not really a quiet place, you can hear your neighbours and traditional music playing in the hotel restaurant even when you're in your room. Earplugs or earphones might help if you want to sleep a little longer.
There is no shower cabin which means the bathroom stays wet after your shower. The floor dries quickly enough though.
Overall, it's good value for the money you pay.

They didn’t clean the room if I didn’t ask, so 3 nights with the same room
AC need to service, because is not cool enough, people could be sweating if the weather so hot

when check out the receptionist is not there so I just left the key on the table
Cats and pool. Garden was nice and seemed well cared for. Close to warungs and shops. Do not book the basic room it's terrible. I'm sure the other ones are a bit better. Thankfully we only had 2 nights here
Stinky bedding like very bad body odour couldn't sleep it was that bad. It felt like it hadn't been changed from last time. They went to put new doona cover on and not anything else! we asked for whole bedding including doona to be changed which they did do. Soap stinky too like cheap shaving cream, we just bought our own from a shop across the road. Our room had a 'balcony' that faced a wall - no thanks. Breakfast was ok if you like eggs. Wifi was practically non existent - get unlimited data on your phone plan and hotspot everything (must say this is for everywhere in this district, not hotels fault)
