تقريبا كل شي كان مذهل موقع المكان قريب من الأسواق والأماكن..و تعامل الموظف الي في الاستقبال كان ممتاز .
مع توفير تاكسي مجانا من المطار الي الفندق

Cons:

الفندق بشكل عام جيد من حيث الموقع والخدمة، لكن ما لم يعجبني هو موضوع تنظيف الغرفة. وضعنا علامة تنظيف الغرفة منذ الساعة 8 صباحًا وخرجنا، وعند عودتنا الساعة 5 مساءً لم يتم تنظيفها. بعد التواصل مع الاستقبال تجاوبوا بسرعة وطلبوا التنظيف وتم الأمر، لكن كان من الأفضل أن تتم الخدمة بشكل تلقائي دون الحاجة للتذكير.”

Comfortable hotel in the center
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel located on the 17th floor of a big hotel. We enjoyed staying here very much and we were very happy to select particularly this hotel. We actually stayed twice in the hotel, at the beginning and the end of our TJ holidays. By the way this was our best accommodation in TJ no matter the price.

We got a large family room with two separate rooms and a bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the floor 17 is of course nice. The location is perfectly in the center within easy walking distance. Within 5 minutes walk you can also find a bank to exchange money, a phone shop to buy a local SIM card and some nice restaurants (Citis Usta 2, Alove).

The hotel also offers a free pickup from the airport, we used it and it worked perfectly. Thanks. It's always nice to have an easy start...

Convenient Comfort in the Heart of Dushanbe (with minor caveats)

I recently stayed at this property and was generally impressed by the overall experience, though there are a few points future guests should be aware of.

Located in a central business district, the hotel is strategically situated not far from the city center of Dushanbe, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The area is well-established, sharing the complex with other professional establishments.

The Positives:
The room quality was exceptional; the space was impeccably clean, and the beds provided a very comfortable night's sleep. Notably, the linens and towels were fresh and crisp. The highlight of my stay, however, was the breakfast. Served on the 21st floor, the dining experience exceeded all expectations. The selection was impressive, and the availability of a coffee machine using quality beans was a welcome touch that elevated the morning routine.

Areas for Improvement:
While the stay was mostly positive, there were two notable issues. First, due to ongoing development near the building, there is some audible noise from the construction site, which may be a factor depending on your sensitivity to sound.

Second, the in-room Wi-Fi connectivity was significantly limited. For a reliable connection, I often found myself needing to go to the lobby. Consequently, despite the rooms being equipped with Smart TVs, the weak internet signal meant they were unable to load streaming platforms like YouTube.

Good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

酒店位置不错，去主要景点都可以步行到达，房间设施及面积都不错，景观尚好。这是一栋公寓楼，好多楼层被租赁改造成公寓式酒店，我们住的17楼最末一间是个三人间。酒店在入住前就联系我们，提供了接机服务，非常感谢。酒店老板有诚信，承诺的事情能如约执行。

Cons:

我们入住的房间靠窗户的位置，天花板和地面各有一个方形口与上下楼想通，仅以一块活动铁板掩盖，揭开铁板即可通往楼上或楼下的房间，这完全没有私密性，也不隔音。第一晚已深夜了，楼上的住客开着强劲的音乐，疯狂地喧哗，还揭开铁板大喊大叫。我们拍了视频告知酒店工作人员，他也多次前往楼上协调，但好像一切都没有改变，整晚音乐和聚会喧哗没有停止，令我们三个五六十岁的人几乎一夜没睡，第二天给我们调整了房间问题才解决。
