There was issue in getting hot water. The technical staff came late, but resolved the issue.
The facilities are complete and the hot water response is rapid. The surroundings are relatively quiet. Employees are able to provide timely assistance.
Chinese tourists need to bring their own chargers as the charging equipment is incompatible.
It was an amazing experience, we ask for non spyce food and they did a great job.

El personal es super amable y atento. Mantienen las instalaciones limpias. Pero lo que más me gusta de este hotel ha sido el completisimo gimnasio que tiene en el último piso. Excelente! Todo tipo de máquinas, Incluso plataformas vibratorias que usamos las mujeres.

Shower was very good and Late Check out was excellent. Receptionist was very helpful.
The foods, breakfast was average, need hash browns, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, fried eggs. We had dinner, fish and chips. The fish was a bit over cooked and chicken was very bony.
Staff services were excellent.
The rooms were too dark.. no mirror... birds poo on the windows.. too much citronel perfume everywhere. No value for money
Upgraded from deluxe room to a suite which had more space and better room conditions as I was staying for 10 days. All the staff service were 10/10, very helpful and accommodating.
There was a glitch during check-in due to booking errors. Deluxe room looks outdated.

The hotel is clean and nice, the staff are really good and welcoming. Breakfast is also decent. About a 15-minute drive from Thamel, which is the main center in Kathmandu.
