Нам понравился сам отель: новый, красивый дом, хорошо оформленные номера, с сытными завтраками на веранде верхнего этажа, откуда открывается красивый вид на окрестности Гереме.
В номере есть холодильник и чайник, чашки, кофе и чай.
Поскольку мы оплачивали проживание заранее, цена для нас была ниже, чем, если бы заказывали номер сейчас, так что, соотношение цены-качества нас тоже устраивало.

Cons:

Нам очень не понравилось отношение к нам персонала отеля. Я бы сказала, что оно было бездушное. Я много путешествую, но первый раз столкнулась с таким отношением! Поверьте, я обычно не скуплюсь на хорошие оценки, вы можете убедиться, посмотрев их в моем профиле. Расскажу конкретно. Мы приехали в отель в 8 часов утра, всю ночь проведя в автобусе. По правилам отеля заселение в номер в 14:00. Да, нам разрешили поставить вещи в ресепшен и даже посидеть в ресепшене до заселения. Выезжало из отеля много людей. Мы наблюдали, как они сдавали ключи. Мы очень просили, если можно, подготовить наш номер пораньше, тем более, что, кроме нас никто не ожидал заселения. Обычно, в таких случаях нам шли навстречу, тем более, что они видели, что я пожилой человек, очень уставшая с дороги. Но нет, они дали нам ключ от номера ровно в 14 часов!
Второе, что нас удивило: категорическое запрещение что-либо есть в номере. Обычно таких требований отели не предъявляют. Неужели мы не можем вечером на ночь съесть, например, йогурт, или булочку?
Но самое неприятное было в день отъезда. Мы должны были освободить номер в 11 часов. А наш авиарейс был вечерний. И трансфер назначен на 20:45.
Мы попросили оставить наш багаж (два маленьких чемодана ручной клади и сумку) до вечера в отеле, и получили категорический отказ. Я спросила, почему? Мне ответили, что ресепшен работает до 14 часов, что очень странно, поскольку только после 14 часов у них заселение. Ну ладно, можно хоть до 14 оставить вещи? Нет и все!
Первый раз за тридцать лет путешествий я столкнулась с таким! Это при том, что отель новый, просторный. Неужели нельзя было выделить кладовку для этих целей?
Когда мы поделились с нашим экскурсоводом об этом случае, она была в шоке!
А мы были вынуждены весь день провести с багажом в руках!

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Posizione ottima e struttura molto accogliente. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa.
Sergio e il suo staff sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e simpatici. Colazione abbondante e buonissima, con una buona varietà anche di prodotti dolci.
Dalla terrazza puoi vedere le mongolfiere e in 5 minuti a piedi sei nel centro di Goreme.
Il giorno della partenza se vai via presto ti fanno trovare un vassoio con la colazione

Alla scoperta della meravigliosa Kappadokya
Pros:

Raccomando questo hotel per il vostro soggiorno a Goreme. Ho trovato la posizione perfetta. Molto comodo per andare (anche a piedi) alla Love Valley dove poter ammirare un bellissimo tramonto in pochi minuti di passeggiata. La colazione ottima. Le camere in stile locale (la nostra anche con un bel balcone con vista). E in ultimo ma non meno importante la cortesia del proprietario e di tutto il personale. Faccio i complimenti a Sergio per la gestione e per il suo modo di fare ospitalità.

Excellent value for money in a great location with super friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who took care of excursions and arrangements really well. Great location in Goreme and parking available.

Cons:

Drinking water provided in small disposable plastic containers which is really bad for the environment. Would be great to have another way to get water.

Awesome stay and responsible price
Pros:

Sergio is passionate about his job and taking care of a really good hotel. Both he and his staff are welcoming and made the experience. The breakfast was made up of good options. The establishment was really clean and well taken care of. The location is nicely decorated and in a good area a few streets over from the main strip. I highly recommend this location.
