Sehr schöne Location, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Frühstücks,-Abendbuffet ausreichend, abwechslungsreich und sehr gut.

Meer, Strand und gute Träume.
Pros:

Ausgefallene Raumausstattung, sah optisch sehr schön aus. Mann hatte es nicht weit zum Meer, 2 Minuten Fußweg.

Cons:

Gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel wirkt eher wie ein Senioren- bzw. Rentnerhotel als wie ein modernes Urlaubsresort. Der gesamte Ablauf scheint auf Busgruppen ausgerichtet zu sein, wodurch man sich als Individualgast kaum angesprochen fühlt.

Der Pool war unangenehm kalt und dadurch kaum nutzbar. Außerdem waren während unseres Aufenthalts die Aufzüge teilweise defekt, ebenso die Bowlingbahn. Direkt im Hotel gibt es sogar einen Rollatorenverleih, was den Eindruck eines auf ältere Reisegruppen ausgerichteten Hauses zusätzlich verstärkt.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass die Beschreibung auf Booking.com unserer Meinung nach überhaupt nicht der Realität entspricht. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung vermitteln ein deutlich moderneres und familienfreundlicheres Hotel, als wir tatsächlich vorgefunden haben.

Für Gäste, die Ruhe suchen oder mit organisierten Busreisen unterwegs sind, mag das Hotel geeignet sein. Wir würden es Familien oder Urlaubern, die ein lebendiges Hotel mit funktionierenden Freizeitangeboten erwarten, jedoch nicht empfehlen.

War ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten ( Rentner 65 Jahre) mit unserer Tochter und Enkelin ein paar sehr schöne Tag in Ihrm Hotel und in Warnemünde.
Pros:

Lage des Hotel direkt an der Ostsee und an der Strandpromenade
Leckeres Frühstücks - und Abendbuffet
Unkomplizierte Buchung auch mit Stornierung möglich
Sehr nettes Personal
Schwimmbad und Saunabereich sehr angenehm

Cons:

Zimmer war uns ein wenig zu eng ( auf einer Bettseite gleich ein Regal keine andere Ablage)
Tische wurden vom Personal teilweise reserviert warum??????
Schade, dass manche Gäste ( jeden Alters) wenig Rücksicht auf andere Personen nehmen.
