Allez-y mais évitez l’appartement #5
Pros:

Nous y avons séjourné 1 mois. Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique, proche de tout mais dans une rue calme.Le site bien entretenu avec une belle vue et une ambiante calme et agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le personnel chaleureux, disponible et dévoué.

Cons:

Les 9 appartements sur ce sites n’ont pas tous le même rapport qualité prix. Nous avions le #5 qui est plus cher sans aucune raison car il n’est pas vraiment plus grand et on a pu constater en visitant nos voisins, qu’il est moins bien meublé et plus désuet.
Les fenêtres sont très grandes mais aucune intimité car aucun rideau. Seulement des toiles antisoleil qui ne bloquent pas la vue mais sont inutiles parce que ces fenêtres sont toujours à l’ombre. Les autres appartements ont tous des rideaux. Pourquoi???
Le divan rouge que vous voyez sur les photos est inutilisable car il est vraiment très inconfortable. Toujours assis sur des chaises de cuisine pendant un mois c’est très désagréable.
En plus nous avons eu un surplus à payer pour l’électricité et le lavage de la literie. Ces frais n’était aucunement mentionnés lorsque nous avons loué avec Booking.com.
Nous retournerions sur ce site mais jamais dans l’appartement #5, s’il n’est pas rénové.

Pros:

Great view, quiet common area, quiet street, central location, spacious apartment, strong water supply. Very near a bodega for basic groceries.

Cons:

Bunk beds have no privacy—must use quilted blankets to block light. More a destination for locals rather than tourists—each floor's residents are very visible to others.
