Perfect location, clean, and comfortable.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. It is very close to the train station, but it is still quiet.nit’s a perfect spot to wander Venice. The staff were very helpful, and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Very polite and helpful staff. Quick walk from train station / bus terminal. Good location to start the day and see the sights.

Cons:

Shower head was faulty resulting in it falling down whenever in use. Noisy at night with people passing by the room (we were close to reception). Morning breakfast was disappointing for the price we paid. Aircon very underpowered, room got very warm at night.

Thank you Venice and Venetians for a memorable experience.
Pros:

Everything was lovely and the hospitality and help from Georgia and the Gregario! ( tall very nice man and helpful).
I appreciated this kindness making my stay and most memorable visit to magnificent Venice and the Venetian culture.
Georgia guided me where I eventually accomplised taking the waterbus from Guglie to Marco Polco airport - well worth the memory and experience by water to the airport. The Aliguna captain and assistant were very nice and accomodating.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

El desayuno regular, la máquina no funcionaba bien. La habitación para 4 personas resultó muy chica y el baño estaba siempre mojado,no húmedo, mojado.

Perfect spot. Book it!
Pros:

Surprisingly quiet and beautiful location right off the main strip from the train station. It’s hard to get much better than this being that close to the entrance to the city. Feels like a private little getaway to unplug from the rest of Venice while still being right at the heart. Highly recommend
