Excelente
Pros:

Las camas espectaculares,la ducha muy buena,la limpieza un 10 pero lo más importante es la atención del personal.
No recuerdo los nombres pero todos muy amables,atentos y simpáticos.
El señor de lentes de la mañana (perdón pero no recuerdo el nombre ) el nos recibió muy bien ,al otro día a la mañana había una Chacra ica en recepción súper simpática y hoy que nos fuimos estaba el señor Mauro que cerró nuestra estadía con un 10! La chica del desayuno también súper atenta. Lo recomiendo es impecable,céntrico.

Good location and friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location and the staff are excellent - breakfast too was very good. We would stay again but in a superior/ deluxe room if available.

Cons:

Rooms are small and the air conditioning in our room was very very loud.

Pros:

It's in the central location with an easy access to tourist attractions. Not far from the train station.
Plenty of shops around.
Very close to the Jewish ghetto area

Cons:

There was no little fridge in the room but there are plenty of the supermarkets around to buy fresh food

Excelente relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Excelente situación dentro de la isla de Venecia, carca de zonas de ambiente para cenar tras todo el día fuera, cerca de la estación de tren y buses si se viene o va a otros destinos y no tener que cargar con el equipaje en vaporettos. Mucho silencio, muy amables, pudimos dejar el equipaje el día de salida por unas horas en el hotel.

Great Venice hotel
Pros:

Great location between train and water taxi to/from airport. The hotel had lots of charm with cute period furniture. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Could have used a Porter service outside of hotel to move luggage. Nowhere to open a large suitcase.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Great locatio to get around Venice.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of a lift. But we knew it ahead of time and the staff was helpful in getting our luggage up to the room on the 3rd floor..
