La atención es excepcional, las vistas son inmejorable, las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación está perfecta debajo del castillo. La dueña nos ayudó en todo hasta el alquiler del coche.

Très bon souvenir du Panorama Hôtel et de son hôtesse Tina !
Pros:

L'accueil de Tina est tout simplement unique. Tina parle bien français, elle est au petits soins pour ses hôtes, elle est de très bon conseils, notamment pour le tour de Naxos en car d'une journée. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. La situation de l'hôtel est centrale : accès facile aux petites rues commerçantes et animées. La vue sur la porte du temple d'Apollon depuis la fenêtre de notre chambre était parfaite.

Cons:

L'accès à l'hôtel depuis le port est malaisé avec des valises: il y a de nombreuses marches à monter.

Incredible views and host Tina makes you feel like family.
Pros:

Stunning views, comfortable room, and host Tina was so sweet and accommodating. Tina helped arrange a lovely surprise for my sister’s birthday. We drank wine on the roof top with the most incredible views. Tina made sure we had everything we needed and her recommendations for tours and restaurants were spot on. I’d highly recommend staying at the Panorama hotel, and with Tina as your host, it is a must stay! She makes you feel like family. We will be back!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung durch Irene! Sehr zentrale Lage - mitten in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Mit Gepäck und ohne ortskundigen Taxichauffeur nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen.

Stunning view of Portara and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The location was PERFECT. Very near to Port and walking into the “labyrinth”. I had the top room which had an amazing and breathtaking panoramic view. Bed was comfortable and shower was roomy. Breakfast downstairs in the surprisingly large dining area was filling. Appreciated my interactions with all the staff. hope to be back in Naxos again and would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

I don’t think the refrigerator in the room worked. The water in there was not even cool. Not the worst thing and should be fixable.

An exceptional place - clean, affordable and friendly
Pros:

Great location, good value for money, excellent staff and clean facilities. If you need, they even prepare a delicious breakfast for you. Would definitely go back.

The Internet could be modernized, it was somewhat difficult to access and slow speed.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville. Accès très facile du port et en même temps un peu éloigné de l agitation. Chambre très propre et confortable avec une vue magnifique. Accueil chaleureux de Tina et de très bons conseils pour que notre séjour à Naxos soit parfait. Échanges faciles en français. Nous reviendrons très certainement. Vous pouvez reserver cet hôtel sans hésiter.
