Pros:

We had a great stay! The view was gorgeous and the facilities inside were perfect. Great aircon which was great to keep cool as we visited in the summer. Also close to ferry which was handy!

Overall nice but reaching to famous islands is a tough job.
Pros:

1. Apartment was spacious and view was very nice to Lake.
2. It was close to Ferry station and grocery store.
3. Paid parking was available.
4. Staff was there to help out in getting the keys and access to the apartment.

Cons:

1. The apartment is on the very other side of Varenna, Belaggio and Mennagio. you have to take ferry every time to reach these islands which is very hectic job. there are very few routes to Varrenna from this location making it more worse to travel. As most of the fascinating locations are either in Varenna or Bellagio, so do take care while choosing this location.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Lejligheden trænger til en gennemgang, skabslåger hænger mv.

Cons:

Al kommunikation foregik via WhatsApp og det link vi fik tilsendt til at uploade pas kunne vi ikke få til at virke. Men Sheryl var sød til at hjælpe. Vi fik først koden til nøgleboksene en times tid før ankomst, hvilket var en stressfaktor. Ærgerligt at poolen overfor var lukket pga renovering

Amazing stay, would definitely recommend location and apartments.
Pros:

Sheryl was so helpful! Always giving us advice about transport and best places to visit. Always on hand to help. Amazing property and amazing terrace view. Bedrooms had lots of cupboard space, equipped with an iron, washing machine and dishwasher. Short distance walk to the ferry terminal, bus stop is also across the road.

Cons:

Not many eating places around the apartments, however the restaurants nearby are exceptional and we kept going back, definitely recommend visiting the restaurant next door to the apartment.

A trip to never forget
Pros:

Our stay at Maioliche Apartments was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy. As two girls traveling together, we felt completely safe and welcomed throughout our stay.

A special thank you to the manager, who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. She gave us amazing recommendations for all the places on our bucket list and even helped us find the perfect place to rent a cute Vespa, which became one of the best experiences of our holiday.

The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had the most beautiful view. Waking up to that scenery every morning was incredible.

If you’re planning to visit Lake Como and want to enjoy the area without staying in the middle of the busy crowds, this is the perfect place. Traveling to Bellagio and Varenna is quick and easy by ferry, and Cadenabbia itself has plenty of charming spots to explore.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Maioliche Apartments to anyone visiting Lake Como!

The apartment was spacious, spotless, beautifully furnished with modern furniture, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated how responsive and helpful you were throughout our stay. Every time we needed something, you responded immediately and went above and beyond to help us.

We were especially impressed when we asked about a washing machine, and you quickly brought us a brand-new one. That level of care and generosity is truly exceptional.

Thank you for making our family feel so comfortable and welcome. We highly recommend your apartment to anyone visiting Lake Como, and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Все супер!
Pros:

Когда мы заселились в первый раз, то , к сожалению, апартаменты не были готовы к нашему заселению, они не были убраны, нас сразу переселили в соседние апартаменты. Первые апартаменты обладали более широкой кухней и там был чуть больший балкон, вторые апартаменты в целом были такого же размера, но меньше кухня и вид из окна меньше. Во вторых апартаментах был неработающий кондиционер в одной из комнат. В связи со сложившейся ситуацией нам сделали скидку и гараж не внесли в счет.
В остальном все было супер, на все сообщения реагировали очень быстро.
Апартаментами остались довольны, обязательно вернемся еще.

Cons:

В нашем пребывании не работал ближний паром, хотя в описании ремонт должен был закончится до нашего приезда.

Nice modern apartment with a beautiful view
Pros:

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the beautiful lake view from the balcony, and the comfortable beds. It was a great home base for exploring Lake Como. The staff (rental is ran by a business) was outstanding.

Cons:

The location was ok, but we did end up having to go down to Tremezzo quite often, which is a mile or so away. The bus schedule isn’t super reliable either, so we often ended up walking quite a bit.
