比較舊式裝潢的飯店，但整體整潔度床墊硬度中等。房間是傳統鑰匙非感應卡片進出要將鑰匙放在櫃檯，一樓有小包裝備品可領取

泊まった部屋のベッドがバネがわかるくらい固く睡眠に支障があったのでそこだけ引っかかった

立地がとにかく良い。どこに行くにも楽に行けました。
ベッドの下にエクストラベッドがあるんですが、ちょっと痒くなりそうだから使いませんでした。
Hot bath: you can never imagine how amazing to have a hot bath after a whole day trip and shopping in this busy city. Its hot bath is definitely a bonus you can't miss in your journey!
Location: 5 mins walk to every station, Keisei-Ueon (40 mins from Narita airport), Ueon station; shopping street and food street downstairs; you won't never get hungry at all. 10 mins walk to Ueon park and zoo.
Room: very spacious where can place at least 2 big luggage, no worry to have a great shopping nearby
Refrigerator: definitely cool enough to have a cold drink and beer after hot bath in basement
Bed: super comfortable to rest after a day of visiting and shopping; can ask for more pillow to upper your head if necessary
Quietness: no worry about the noise from the restaurants and train station downstairs, nor from your neighbours.
Toilet: provided all sufficient bathing lotions, clean towels and toilet tissues; even you placed the card of "do not disturb", they will keep placing a clean set of toiletries at your door side everyday.
Kettle and other facilities: there is water dispenser at lobby, if you want more hot water. They also provide coffee instant powder, tea bags, ice, and small snacks at the lobby.
Security: placing the room key to the reception can keep your room and belongings safe every time when you go out.
Staff: nice, polite & helpful
Toilet: a big step to get in the toilet, be careful of your knee; a odorous smell often appears in the toilet.

とにかく部屋の匂いに耐えがたい不快感を感じた。あんな酷い悪臭のホテルが今時あること自体が考えられない。2度と宿泊することは避けたい。
