I've had a wonderful stay at Sulu Residency for the past four days! The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, with Lulu Mall and several restaurants just a short walk away, and Amrita Hospital is also nearby(not walkable distance). The amenities are top-notch, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the property are impressive. The staff, especially the cleaning and reception teams, are extremely polite and helpful.
The residency itself is calm and quiet, with a great view (though it's near a highway, it's not too loud). The rooms are well-appointed, with good water pressure, excellent toiletries, and a TV with all channels. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, where I could relax without disturbances. Parking also good. Overall, Sulu Residency offers great value, and I'd definitely stay here again!"
No Negative things.
Room was neat and clean and comfortable
Superb worth the price. There is kettle, hot water bath , blanket, Ac , fan etc. You will get breakfast around 8am onwards . I have to order online for tea at 7am . Anyway staffs are helpful. Located at okayish place. I think it's better to book room near marine drive or railway station because it take 30- 40 minutes something for tourist spot.

Very clean and comfortable. Best hot water shower I have ever had in India. No restaurant but easy access to many great places close by.

They give only one towel for two and one small 10ml shampoo and shower gel for a whole week.
