No había jabón para el cuerpo. El desayuno no es malo, pero se puede ampliar y no limitarlo sólo a continental.

Habitación amplia y muy limpia.
Pros:

La habitación es muy amplia, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, el personal es muy amable. La televisión funcionó muy bien.

Cons:

El único problema fué con el agua caliente, tardó un poco para salir por la tarde, pero por la mañana nada más no había, apenas salió un poco tibia tirándole a fría.

Pros:

El hotel, tiene una excelente ubicación, a unas cuadras está la catedral y el parque, instalaciones limpias y cómodas, el personal amable y accesible, el estacionamiento es super amplio, vigilancia las 24hrs la habitación tiene buena iluminación, tiene persianas extras para que no entre la luz. .

Cons:

En la habitación que yo elegí decía que venía con cafetera, plancha de ropa y ventilador (NO VENÍAN) lo bueno que yo traía mi plancha para la ropa así que si se basan en eso pregunten en recepción.

Volvería a Tlaxcala , pero definitivamente a otro Hotel¡
Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel es privilegiada, literal a una cuadra y media del jardín o plaza principal.
El hotel cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento.
Cerca de tiendas de conveniencia en caso de requerir algo, como oxxo y bodega Aurrerá.

Cons:

Debido a mi comisión laboral, tenia que salir a las 7:15 am de las instalaciones del Hotel. Si bien mi habitación incluía el desayuno, me comentaron que este se servía hasta las 09:00 a.m. Por esta razón tenía que desplazarme a otro hotel que sí servía el desayuno desde las 07:00 a.m. en tipo bufette y a un precio razonable.
Si bien hacían la limpieza de la habitación diariamente, no me agradó la presencia de una plaga de hormigas en la habitación.
Las instalaciones no son nuevas pero sin duda alguna pueden mejorar.
En el lobby tienen una sala/recibidor rota, llena de parches, que da mal aspecto al lugar.
Por la tarifa ofrecida, se pueden encontrar mejores hospedajes en la zona.
