Friendly front desk, very clean room, great value. Convenient location. Easy check in. Rooms are being renovated. Everything needed for a decent stay.
Maintenance and renovation work started early, and staff were outside of our door talking as early as 7am. We had gotten in on a late flight and arrived past midnight, so this really interrupted our rest. Breakfast was a little bare bones.
Near parkway
Dirty sheets, old worn out furniture in the room, embarrassing you’d give a room with a chair like that (room 37), didn’t empty trash from last person, random used water bottle in the bathroom. Staff not very hospitable. Gave more Costco employeee than hospitality
I loved how professional and inviting the staff was during check in. They greeted so warmly and even provided us with complimentary goods for our stay. Probably one of the easiest and best check in's. It was clean in the room and stocked.
I don't have any gripes or issues with my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations.

La chambre était sympa les lits confortables.Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit nous n'avons pas vraiment pu profiter de l hôtel.
Le matin pour aller prendre notre avion la réception nous a commandé un lyft c etait top.
Pour notre arrivée par contre on nous avait dit que nous aurions une navette.Ce qui n a pas été le cas.Nous avons du prendre un uber a notre charge.Dommage nous avions pris cet hôtel en parti pour la navette gratuite.
Room was clean, quiet and large. The beds were very comfortable. Ample parking in a well-lit lot. Seemed very secure. The hotel was full with guests attending various functions and we didn't hear any noise. The 11am checkout worked well for us. When we checked in, the receptionist was friendly, and gave us a gift bag with water and a few snacks. It was a very nice touch. Location was easy access to dinner and shops, and airport was 15 mins drive away.

The temperature in the room was difficult to control at a good comfort level (too hot/too cold), the alarm clock/digital hub was broken.

I would like to share my positive feedback regarding my recent stay, which was excellent from start to finish. The overall level of professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff was exceptional, and every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
Natalie in Reservations deserves special recognition for outstanding service. Natalie was consistently friendly, outgoing, and highly knowledgeable, while also being attentive and understanding of my needs. This professionalism and willingness to assist set a very positive tone for my stay and made the experience seamless and enjoyable.
The accommodations were equally impressive. The room was immaculately clean, well maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed provided an outstanding level of comfort, allowing me to enjoy one of the best nights of sleep I have had in quite some time. I truly have nothing but positive remarks regarding the quality and comfort of the room.
I would also like to recognize the management team, particularly Assistant Manager Anzio Rezende, who went above and beyond the expectations of the role to ensure I was properly assisted. Anzio demonstrated excellent judgment, professionalism, and a strong dedication to resolving concerns efficiently and thoughtfully. This level of genuine, personalized customer service is increasingly rare and reflects a standard of hospitality that cannot be replaced by technology or automation.
Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I commend the team for delivering such a high level of service and care.
One major issue during my stay was the repeated $100 incidental hold every time I extended my reservation. Because third‑party bookings require a new reservation for each extension, the hotel kept placing a new $100 hold and then releasing it. This tied up hundreds of dollars of my money throughout a continuous stay, even though I never changed rooms. It was extremely inconvenient and financially disruptive. For long‑term guests, the incidental hold should be rolled over or linked instead of restarting with every extension. This policy needs improvement.”
