Great value for money sana, but needs improvement sa cleanliness.
Pros:

Maganda kasi malapit lang talaga sa mga malls, restos, and tambayans, yun lang talaga na shock kami kasi yung unan may amoy at may kuto po yung unan namin sa room.

Cons:

Yung cleanliness ng room parang hindi masyado na clean at hindi pinalitan yung bed sheet and pillow case. Parang ni recycle lang kasi may amoy at may kuto.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de todo, la habitación es amplia y dispone de lo necesario. Aunque necesita un poquito de renovación.

Convenient for a Short Stay
Pros:

The location is close to everything.

Cons:

The hotel is quite dated and in need of maintenance. Noise is a constant issue, with music playing nearby and footsteps from the second floor easily heard. The bathroom sink faucet leaks, leaving water all over the floor and soaking the rug, which was quite inconvenient.

It was a long night staying at this place
Pros:

Near the port and accessible with public transportation. Yet very disappointing.

Cons:

No proper house rules with the quiet time. No proper check-in & check-out routine. The room was like a student housing. Needs more cleaning up, new bed linens, the shower wasn’t working.

Overall, it was still a nice and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Everything. The location, the value for money, the nearby resto’s and the room and the bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

There were some things that need fixing such as the CR door.

My payment doesnt compensate on the facility.

The bed was ok. CR was ok.

Cons:

The entrance floor is not shiny. Since its a wood, they should apply floorwax same with the floor in my room. There are mosquitos and cockroach. Noise outside can be heard inside my room. The aircondition is not that cold on my first day which I was so uncomfotable and just slept 2 hours..
